I had been there for 2 days. I don't know for sure, if they are a part of Hilton Hotels, but as per my experience, will think it to be a 3-4 star hotel max. It was covid times, and guess, there was NO HANDWASH provided. I called room service and as per them, as per their standards, they provide only soap. HWhen we have 2 people how can one use one bar of soap. Toiletries like dental kit were provided for one person. Room temperature with AC takes time to reach the desired temperature. I was ok with that, but my husband felt it was not ok, and we had to call the technician. Also housekeeping is done only on request. They had put up the stickers, but I hadn't seen it, so I will skip it. The TV had majority of Tamil channels, discovery, news channel everything was in Tamil. Who watches in Tamil?? The TV remote didn't work, and it was like a struggle to work with it. Ultimately we used our laptops. room service is slow. Inspite of saying urgent, and we had to remind twice, then our request was serviced. The food is overtly extremely priced. I didn't see any value for money in the food ordered. They are open to have food delivered from outside, so we did that from 2nd day onwards.
