We found a cigarette bud in the napkin box in a non smoking room. This is not expected from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise the hotel was good, very polite and helpfull staff and clean rooms. Turkish bath and sauna was perfect. Pool and hot tub was average.

Rooms are nice but only 2 pillows in the room, we had to call room service for more. Pools and services closed. No lipton tea in the room ,only herbal tea and coffeee so if you are a brit bring your own tea bags. Only small shower gel provided In room enough for only one person.

two star staff, 1 star or spa. As long as we stayed, the card running the elevator broke down each time, the door did not open the family spa pool return 2 times we stayed at the door, wet wet staff waited to bring a new card. One day the sauna was unable to use it was broken. We did stay for 3 nights and 4 days. Also the hotel is not passed through. If you are not obliged, you can find a better hotel in Bursa. One of the nice things about the hotel is that you can watch the city while swimming in the pool because the spa center is on the 12th floor.

The staff are not following the rules. Foreign guests are walking around without a mask and the Lady at the reception did not warn them. I find it unacceptable and insecure for the rest of the guests.
There is no room regulations stated between the guest and the hotel. Then additional costs are charged at the ending the stay. I guess many foreign guests aren t aware since they charge in Turkish lira.
They charge a standard hotel price then what is booked through Booking.com which is with a 10 Euro difference (in Turkish Lira).
The hotel manager is in the end arguing for charging you without providing any recipes...
This is a 5 star Hilton hotel and to be honest did not feel like. I am sorry for the spent money and the unpleasant time.
