Great Hotel, helpful friendly staff, modern clean rooms, good breakfast choices,
Only letdown is no phone or internet signal in the rooms or reception with Vodafone not ideal for work trip !

The hotel is strategically located not too far from the train station hence making comutting to and fro very easy. The ambience and welcoming air that hits your face as you step into the hotel is second to none. Careful and strict guidelines to protect against COVID 19 are in place. Courteous, nice and prompt staffs are always available to help out in any way they can. Nothing can be compared to the view of the sea from your room. Neat and sweet rooms. I will gladly stay there again if opportuned. Hampton by Hilton Blackpool is home away from home

Stunning rooms and great service would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, with the tiny exceptions of the iron an a very heavy to slide bathroom/wardrobe door it was a seamless stay. (Sure had I have asked - I didn t, they d have swapped my iron)

The service was great. The bloke called adam was brilliant and respectful and made me feel comfortable in my surroundings that much id come again!

When I booked I was not told you needed to bring photo i.d if you pay cash , I have never heard of this before so after a 6 hour drive we could not check in as we had no photo i.d very disappointed, then once in the room which was nice and very clean, and when we ran out of things we phoned reception which within 5 minutes it was brought to the room very pleased withe that, but found the bed very hard after first night woke up with a bad back, then second morning woke up with bad back and neck so we checked out a day early, overall nice hotel but wouldn't stay again .
