Hilltop National Bank, Casper, WY Review

Amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff!! Best bank we've ever had. Left Wyhy a couple months ago hesitantly, only wish we would've made the switch years ago. Thank you Hilltop!

Do not get a loan from this bank. All kinds of dishonest here. I have also had bad experiences at this bank in the past. Thought I would get a loan but they decided to add all kinds of fees. Do not go to Hilltop bank, that is my advice.

I have been a long time customer of Hilltop National Bank, in fact I started a mickey mouse savings account with them when I was a boy. Living in California under a stay at home order due to COVID-19, its been near impossible to get on the phone with anyone in California banks about the PPP loans available to us during this time. The first call I made to HNB I was able to get through and on the phone with Nadine Cownover, who very quickly helped me successfully obtain a PPP loan with help from other HNB employees. Thank you, I appreciate you all tremendously.

Very unorganized mortgage lending department. Had to ask for documents to be signed after closing. The worst experience I have ever had with any lender.

Mortgage origination was unprofessional, disorganized, and a painful experience to say the least. Had to return after closing to sign papers, had a surprise fee sent five months later, as well.

This new way of loging into your online banking for a business account using a token is the absolute worst! It never works I haven't been able to log on to my online banking account since going to the new service! Who ever thought getting a password sent to a little keychain device was a better idea than having a code sent straight to your phone via text, come to the party... it's the 21st century everyone is carrying a phone and most people do their online banking from a smart phone not a little keychain that doesn't work consistently. Come on hilltop let's use common sense and and make it easier and more convenient for the consumer.

This bank has been my go- to local bank for a long time. Even with all the quarantine going on, they were able to assist me with no problems. A big shout out to Malia and Byanca for their kind service and setting up everything I needed with ease. Thank you for always being friendly, it means a lot.
