If you want rude people answering the phone and heartless old ladies behind a desk to hand you a cardboard box that once was your newborn baby.......then this is the spot. Horrible service from the first phone call to confirm ashes were ready, to the day we picked up our daughter's ashes. When we came into the office, the lady didn't greet us, she just stared. I had to speak up for the ashes.....and then she still continued to finish what she was doing at her desk. THEN, she comes back, places a tiny cardboard box on top of her desk and makes us stare at it until she has the paperwork ready to sign. (And it only gets worse.....) Once back in the car, we discover that the label on the ashes reads "Mica" which is NOT her name. They spelled it wrong! "Mika" is her name.....it was clearly written on 10 different pages when the cremation request was ordered!

This is a very historic Mausoleum and has a beautiful Chapel off to the side. My father and my grandparents are here. I have never needed any special services from the caretaker who is there when they're open but they seem cordial in my dealings. My only complaint is that they are closed on holidays. So if it's Mother's Day or Father's Day or Memorial Day or another holiday then you will not be able to leave flowers.
