Very professional from start to finish. Our salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery guys were great! They were on time, wore masks, and were friendly and very efficient. They took extreme care with my new appliances and were careful not to damage my household doorways walls, and floors.
I am pleased to say that delivery of my appliances from Don s Appliance could not have gone better. The crew (5 men) were neat and professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. They Cleaned up before they left and I appreciated the texts Knowing when exactly to expect them. 5 stars!!
Wonderful experience buying a new dish washer. I had already narrowed my choices to 2 brands, but seeing them in person and working with Hillmon staff helped me choose the right model for me. Installation was just 2 days later, and the work was performed flawlessly and professionally. I'll definitely be coming back for future appliance purchases, rather than the "big box" stores that don't / can't provide the same personal touch.
Curt was so knowledgeable when we told him what appliances we wanted. He was even able to look up our previous purchases to get us the same appliances if available. We appreciated his guidance so much!

He answered all questions thoroughly and was most knowledgeable about my potential choices of a refrigerator. The next day delivery was an unexpected bonus, something other companies did not offer. I am so happy with our new fridge and microwave from Don's Appliance. We ordered on Friday, got the appliances on Monday! Nick, our salesman, was fantastic, along with all the people in the Robinson store. Our delivery men were very professional and quick with the installation. We will use them again when we need other new appliances!
