Plenty of stores within Highcross to visit, pretty much anything you could need to buy Highcross will have for you. Also some great restaurants in and around the area for a nice bite to eat while out on your shop!

The highcross is a modern and stylish mall housing high street favourites as well as higher-end and designer shops, with both Debenhams and John Lewis department stores. The layout is easy to navigate and there are info boards with shop directories and a visitor office.

The only downside is there is one set of lifts which are not central and take ages. Not a problem for me but I have to sympathise with wheelchair and pram users!

If you're in Leicester and want pretty much every shop imaginable then highcriss is the place, stop off at Nero before heading over for a doughnut at the island stalls or a cookie, it also houses the most clothes and shoe stores in the west Midlands!

A lot of stores catering to different people. There are new stores such as Zara and Zara Home, which are really nice and add to the diversity of the mall. Some shops are a little pricey, like GAME and Debenhams, but the customer experience and polite staff all make up for it.

Really nice part of Leicester with good individual shops. Much of it pedestrianised. Recommend Wetherspoons top of high street for lunch and a pint very good value or their coffee buy one and have as many top ups as u like

Got dragged here by the wife as 'we' needed to go to next. Also meant going into loads of others shops as well. Managed to sneak off and get a Krispy creme doghnut though, so can't complain too much.

Love this place, great prices for drinks, great prices for food and tastes great... dreadful bar service. They never know who is next and end up serving someone else who arrived 10 mins later than you did, at the bar.

Average shopping centre. To many watch and shoe shops. Layout of center is not consistence. One half of center is at slope, when walking you either feel like walking up hill or rolling down one ( bad planning by architect).

Been coming here for years BUT won't be rushing back. No atmosphere, shops empty of stock worth buying. I understand social distancing rules are in place and nothing to do with the centre, But it doesn't help when you buy a coffee and have to sit on the floor or share a bench with half a dozen strangers when cafes with ample seating aren't allowed to seat you is an utter disgrace and a total joke. But as i said it all added to a very disappointing experience, one my wife and I usually look forward to.

Visually amazing exterior. All the usual shops and eateries. Our first visit to Leicester and so glad we did. Some older interesting building, still looking good, but sad that their original use has not continued. Park and side system is excellent, but if 2 or more people buy the "group ticket" for best value.
