Its clean and useful but needs more smaller outlets

Good range of shops. Cinema is fantastic. Good range of food places.

One of the best additions to Leicester in a long time. Vast array of shops to cover all your needs, abundance of restaurants and quick bite eateries plus a large cinema for entertainment. Public toilets are always clean and there are numerous maps throughout the complex to ensure you can navigate your way around. There is a help desk also. Definitely a place to go whether to window shop, purchase or simply for a meal.

Amazing place... Less crowded... Showcase apartment good to live.

Love this place. Very modern and has all the usual shops and restaurants you will need.

I went expecting to see a cross that was high, I saw neither a cross or anything high...
Unless the ceiling counts as that was pretty high, not as high as some but keep trying and you'll get there roof...

Thriving shopping centre with shops catering for literally anything you can think of. Apple store does get busy at times though

Nice place to park while doing shopping. I sometimes don't understand their pricing though. However, I always park there for safety reasons.

Very disappointing contact with staff today. The gentleman had a sunflower lanyard but that doesn't give him the right to be ignorant and rude.

Typical shopping centre usual shops. Plenty of choice. Use one of the many park and ride places as parking can be expensive.

Light and airy with excellent selection of shops. Easy access from the multi-story car park. It's not on a flat site and there are gentle gradients throughout which can make it tiring for wheelchair users and pushers.

We were at the Costa just outside the precinct at the back . lovely place, great service and very polite staff .

Great place to shop or browse with plenty of eating places coffee venues and pubs close by.

A big shopping centre with lots of stuff and little character. I would really like to see a city be creative with its main shopping centre some day. It's quite clumsy to navigate, but does have all the big shops including an Apple Store (my measure of the quality of a shopping zone!).

One of the best shopping centres in the Midlands if not the best. Centrally located with ample parking ( the fees are reasonable compared with other cities). Good selection of retail outlets and easy access

Very busy as it's so near to Christmas, but still a great mall.

Always easy to park, full of good shops unlike other cities shopping centres, although the Disney store has closed which was a disappointment for my kids. Can get really busy at peak times though.

Leicester's main city shopping centre. Has an Apple Store and a wide selection of restaurants and cafes plus a Showcase cinema.
