One way system in the centre is a good idea, pity only half the people realised there was one.

A lot of what you need you can find in this shopping centre. Offer variaty, maybe not the best place for cheap shopping, but quality is good for most of the things. Good discounts once a while.

Lots of shops with a good variety and selection. Loads of restaurants outside with a massive choice of different menus and prices.

How many coffee and phone shops can you get in one mall. Nothing special here and parking is a pain that's if you can get into town thanks to the crazy changes to the roads leading into Leicester.
Nothing special here just the same old shops you find in every town.
If it wasn't for John Lewis the place would be dead.

If you park in the John Lewis side its a great shopping centre. DON'T park in the actual high cross car park.

Typical faceless, characterless shopping centre, same as all the others.

JD sports music is too loud, foot asylum is better for when you have a toddler with you. Krispy Kreme was delicious. Didn't go to any other shops. Mall is very clean and tidy and bank holiday was very busy.

Plenty of security guards about made it feel safe. The centre was very clean pedestrian flow was excellent, lots of good shops. Would go back

Its changed because of this virus , the 02 shop was a bit poor , wanted to go in but that was a waste of time . The only shop that made a difference was JD Sports !!!!

Nice mall, underrated compared to bullring, more people should travel to Leicester for this place its worth a trip and day out

Six free 7 kW electric car charging points on Level 1C. Bit of a maze finding them!

Love to go over to Leicester every couple of months and always go to Highcross, a tip if u wonder where to park, use John Lewis car park, slightly more expensive that other car parks but its so handy and easy to get to, there is such a vary of shops in Highcross u don't even have to go outside, look forward to our next trip there

Very large selection of shops. And access to the city center. Large car park. Only drawback is not very clear directions when exiting the carpark for first time visitors.

Love shopping.. go with a fat wallet leave with an empty one lol has decent shops staff are friendly security always walking around safe environment
