Love Shopping Centre with an amazing range of stores!!!

There are a large number of shops and restaurants, and it is very well maintained. Something for everyone here, and a good day out.

Large and extensive shopping centre with several levels, and a very good range of shops. The opening time is a little stingy in my opinion, but the place itself is big enough for the volume of people that walk through it, and the area seems clean and tidy, with ample facilities.

Would have been perfect but where is the signage to the John Lewis customer collection point?! What a nightmare and then had to wait for 10 mins while server offered to put a customers suitcases inside each other. Waiting zone only 10 mins. Customer didn't ask for that and all the time I stood there without even being acknowledged. Rude to one with the OTT helpfulness to another.

Packed with different shops but can be annoying finding a shop here. Place also becomes really crowded as well.

This place has gone right down. The McDonald's is more like a youth club for the local wannabe gangsters or the homeless new shelter. The so called security allowing kids through on bikes or skateboards is a joke.

The American sweet shop will cause you to spend a lot of money with them, they have so much nice stuff in there. The Samsung shop is fantastic and the staff are really helpful an knowledgeable too.

Do not go on the weekend ! I repeat do not go on the weekend....super crowded

The highcross is a good shopping centre with a lot of big names in it.
There are lots of places to eat although we always prefer to find one of the many independent restaurants that are in Leicester's old town.
Parking is expensive and it is usually easy to find parking elsewhere in the city but the car park is very convenient, clean and safe so if you are only popping in for a short trip it is worth using.

A nice place but there is dead spots for phone signals and wifi

Good shopping area for whole family. Lot of options. Plan for car parking.

There is MacDonald, Tesco a small farmers market , Costa, Subway etc

Good shopping centre , although lots of closed shops aswell! Could be better.

Clean with a mix of stores for your convenience. Gets busy during peak times which is understandable due to the number of top stores

It's actually a very nice, very modern shopping centre with a cinema, a john Lewis, an Apple store and great places to eat. BUT the riff raff element of Leicester is so high that it can make you feel on edge. There is security patroling but this just makes you realise how bad the crime here must be.
You must be cautious!

Big shopping mall, with a wide range of stores. Almost every thing is there. Can be more expensive than other stores, but it is a lovely experience after all.

This is the most confusing shopping center I have ever been to.
This was my first and last visit.
Couldn't find the exit to the street I wanted. Then and I like to think I'm of reasonable intelligence but I couldn't even find the car park entrance once the centre had closed never mind my car.
Eventually had to walk up the ramp despite the no pedestrians warnings.
A confusing as hell and none of it makes sense and with no signposts to guide you around you'll be stuffed.

Toilets are hard to spot if you ve never visited before

Beautiful place, plenty of decent shops Christmas decorations are gorgeous really is a good place to visit

Modern shopping centre with wide range of shops and cafes. Not many stairs and escalators to move up and the floors. Sometimes queues for the lifts.

Although parking is pricey. A big array of well known shops under 1 roof.

It's always lively with amazing talented people around

90% of shops in highcross were closed...Zara and jd were open...but overall was empty

Leicester has plenty to offer.

High cross is an amazing shopping center. there is a wide variety of shops, including the essential john lewis, debenhams, H&M, boots etc. There are also lots of food stores which is great, including MOD, TGIFriday and Frankies. There is also a cinema. The center was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the markets outside the center were nice too. the toilets at Highcross were big and really clean. overall great centre with great parking, perfect destination for Christmas shopping.

O COME ON!!! Please go to Highcross, you cannot come to Leicester City without having "the Highcross experience". YES!!!.

Good choice of shops available, a decent selection of food outlets and plenty of parking. Located at the heart of the city centre

There are lots of parking spaces, a large choice of yummy resturants and an abundance of great shops. Staff are really friendly and you can even access more shops outside!!!!!! Highly recommended.

Located at the centre of the city, Highcross has a huge array of stores focusing mainly on clothing, tech and food. It also features the prestigious Cinema De Lux, a huge, multistorey John Lewis and two fantastic (though slightly pricy - especially for short stays) carparks. There is very little you won't find here.

A good sized mall, big enough to get the job done, small enough that it doesn't feel like death by shopping

Good effort especially with all the new bits they ve added like the food court, cinema and far better car parking. Nice to have a John Lewis there too.
It s missing 5 stars because I know it would benefit from something extra but what that is exactly.... well I can t say I m sure I even know myself. I ll leave it up to the experts eh

Great shops, but music too loud. Why do we need it?

A huge selection of various brand stores with clothing, food and other products that each of us is looking for, there are places where you can relax and have a snack, both for children and adults, I am in the center so there is easy access, lots of parking spaces.
