Highcross Leicester Review

I feel that the highcross is losing what made it so good in earlier years. A lot of the smaller shops have vanished and there's a few empty stores. I know this isn't highcross' fault, it's just the way things are going. We went for a shopping trip recently and came away with nothing at all. The restaurant area & cinema is the biggest draw for us now. There's plenty of good eateries, but not the best shopping nowadays.

Right in the centre of Leicester. Ample parking and buses stop right outside.

You can buy all you need and spend a lovely afternoon either drinking coffee or having a good burguer

Parking is quite expensive but a great place to waste a Saturday.

Soo many different stores all in 1 place! Eat, drink, shop & go cinemas right around the corner!

I use a mobility scooter not easy to get round as lifts all ways full

Parking is extortionate! The management should be completely ashamed of themselves!

Plus their store selection is getting worse as lots of stores are deciding they'll be better off elsewhere.

It's a wetherspoons pub so as you would expect the staff are all friendly and the food arrived hot which is as it should be. Apeara to have a cheaper menu than other wearherappons I have visited this may be because of the amount of other eateries and pubs that abound around so they do have some competion but would recommend this place as they are all friendly

Great shopping, plenty of shops, eating place and cinema.

Parking is a nightmare but other than that all good

It's a great place to shop, great facilities - convenient parking and public toilets. It's always clean, has disabled access and plenty of choice for shopping and eating out but I personally shop here predominantly for John Lewis's haberdashery department.

Highcross is an excellent shopping centre with lots of variety but some stores can be expensive! Otherwise ideal for the whole family.

Big modern shopping centre with food court outside, also cinema, and good choice of shops.

Good selection of shops, one of the best John Lewis stores to visit during their clearance events to grab a bargain!

A lovely place where you can shop for almost anything in one place! Lovely decs at xmas too!

It is what it is, an undercover shopping centre full of the usual high street corporate shops. Useful to have a John Lewis locally and the car park generally has plenty of spaces though I never go there on a Saturday.

Great shopping centre with lots of space and shops. Amazing architecture, situated locally so you are close to other surrounding shops. Great choice of shops as well with lovely staff.

My usual every evening pass time. Good selection of shops, you can spend decent amount of time here in the mall.

The best place in leicester for shopping, dinning, cosmetics and many other technical gadgets. The most busiest place in leicester.

Good variety of shops and all the staff I've spoken to so far have been nice, good food selection and even if you don't want any of it, great location for other spots to eat

Good size modern shopping centre. Parking a bit pricey.A good range of places to eat and not too claustrophobic for a male of the species.

Although one way system in place due to covid. Disappointed that all sanitizers were empty at entry and had to press the button for ticket at entry for parking

1st time iv been. I found it pleasant to walk around plenty of cafes and coffee stops. I went with relatives who live in Leicester. A very enjoyable experience.

i love Highcross i done go in town much but do all the shops in highcross, we got anew LG uhd tv from john Lewis in November love that shop.

modern yet it has maintained Leicester's charm...great location to see all other shopping areas

Have lower the barrier stopping disabled cars going in

Brilliant shops undercover great when it's raining! Plenty of places to eat whatever you fancy.

Exactly what you expect. Same as all shopping centres could be anywhere.

Decent enough shops. Holland and Barrett is the place I frequent most.

Sadly under Covid restrictions was like a ghost town however . when I was ill & became separated from my husband the staff were so kind and helpfull , put out a tannoy message & a man with the same name turned up had a laugh about that as he was a younger modle

Better than haymarket but dont look at your wallet afterwads. It will hate you.
