It s a big shopping centre with lots of different shops to cater to everybody s needs. It s a big open shopping centre with lots of space. Great parking facilities and parking specifically for electric vehicles
Nice place to shop definitely and having dinner around with the car park evening rate nearby even better
Very nice shopping centre with a variety of shops but not particularly big.
Great shopping mall with just about everything you could want. Handy parking and plenty of places for food and drinks. Right in the middle of Leicester, it's not difficult to find. Wheelchair access. Large range of prices, from typical high street to designer labels. Nice airy design.
A clean well looked after shopping centre, with a Starbucks, which does it for me. Like any other shopping centre, more coffee shops and faster food opening more than other shops. That said Jones shoes is here,no I don't work there but like their boots and shoes. John Lewis ,Debenhams, of Fraser, and others give a nice feel.
Good parking , good selection of shops and eating places
Car park was confusing but after that it was very exciting and amazing place!!!
Large Mall in city centre.
All the big names stores.
So nice place looks amazing I chill with my friends here a lot. Good clothes shops. Food is good and showcase cinema near too. Enjoy going here
Amazing clean shopping centre. Just really bad for phone signal
The biggest mall in the centre. Plenty of everything including places to spend some good time with friends on a cup of coffee or tea. It can be overcrowded a bit at the weekend's peak time, especially before Christmas time. Good architectural design and not looking like a maze makes it a good place to find what you need.
Superb shopping centre where you can get almost everything.
A beautifully designed lively shopping centre in Leicester city centre. 24 hour multi-storey car park, nice restaurants, and great cinema.
Not the best place to shop in Leicester I would recommend places like Birmingham, London etc
Good place for shopping with create range of retailers on site
Ok,but much better shopping elsewhere in the Midlands
It was ok a little busier than has been for a while
Best thing in Leicester. I live closer so I can appreciate it more. Specially in lockdown it's a good getaway
Everything is available at your ease in highcross. Pretty much an easy stop for shopping as always
Pleasant Sunday morning, starting with breakfast at Cafe Rouge then John Lewis and Debenham.
Loved getting what I wanted in the second shop
Parking is easy to
I do think that if you shop there parking should be free
Good shopping mall, with nice choice of stores to shop from...
Beautiful shopping complex plenty of places to eat and it has Samsung Store :)
Perfect place for anything? Clothing, shoes, cosmetics,
Me and my mother were served by Hajrah, were made to feel welcome the whole time and Hajrah really knew her shoes! Will definitely be coming back
Seemed nice and clean with top named clothes store ls
Great shopping centre. Parking just across the bridge from John Lewis
Lots of variety in shops and places to eat. Needs better disabled toilet facilities
Lots of shops, all great for shopping in bad weather
Wow last visited when this was The Shires now rivals anywhere
A one place for all your shopping under one roof.
Eat and shop and kids place also
brilliant place, very helpful staff, a good range of shops and restaurants, and very convenient opening hours. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Its beautiful place nice clean good people good choice shop
Big and nice and too much money am spend just in one hour
Got everything you need but not too big like bullring
In the summer the food plaza has a good atmosphere, plenty of people around on dates or with friends
An average range of stores. Nothing particularly inspiring about the mall. Opulent perfumes worth a visit.
Good place to shop even in these times. Plenty of shops still open unlike the rest of Leicester.
Like the highcross very much, apart from it can get very crowded
I love these new indoor/outdoor shopping places popping up in the uk. They have great shops and such a lovely aesthetic! All the main chains are there for food and retail...and the food places are pretty new and all quite big. Parking is plentiful and the spaces are pretty big too...we have a Land Rover Disco and had no trouble.
Huge shopping complex in a not so large city...... Very centrally located near main interchange & bus routes. More than sufficient parking available. Disabled & child friendly facilities on every level and feasible place.
Good. Parking can be a problem as very busy. Good range of shops and places to eat.
My second visit, didn't disappoint at all. Staff work tirelessly, including the manager, a novality in this day and age!! Definitely be back to try a different dish.
A large shopping mall with a varied range of stores and coffee shops and stands selling a range of quirky items.
Parking good, has charging points for electric cars and plenty of disabled spaces.
Level 3, which is level with the bridge across to the shops is usually full as there is a car cleaning service on that level.
Plenty of quick lifts to all levels.
Lovely center with many shops & eating places. Toilets spotless and most shoppers adhering to the arrows.
All the basics you could want from a shopping centre.
Massive area to easily scoot round, no having to stop then start & stop & start again.
Great place to shop everything you need under one roof
I love shopping at Highcross because there are lots of different things to buy. There are 3 floors which you can access via a lift. There are cafe's, designer shops such as House of Fraser, JD Sports, Debenhams, John Lewis, etc, gadget shops like Red5, MENKIND and Hawkin's Bazaar. Also gaming and phone shops.
Very nice well laid out clean and very enjoyable day out
Nice shops and big/spacious, only two lifts to get upstairs to the top floor parking, took 10 minutes to wait for them jumping between floors.
