In all my travels, Dubai is still the best in terms of services, except for when I started searching for home to settle in. I was shocked that real estate agents never answered, never called back, weren't so flexible or helpful here. It was a stressful few weeks until I called High Mark through an advert. I could feel the professionalism from the first conversation with the reception till I moved in and settled down. They were very clear in explaining the process and saved me from lots of stress and loss of funds. They heard my issues and provided innovative solutions, something that none of the other real estate agencies were offering as far as I knew. My consultant Karolina was the best, very accommodating during the viewing, payments and handover and even asked how things were going post handover. That's some service that's hard to find in a fast moving city. I haven't seen people work so hard, juggling multiple tasks at a time to satisfy all their clients, as in this agency. Great job guys and please do keep it up and I will definitely recommend them to anyone renting/buying in Dubai.
