Get a snagger to come in and do a full report before you buy/move in

Please avoid this shady DISGRACEFUL builder. TERRIBLE efforts in building reasonable quality home but great efforts in removing reviews from their poor home owners. All residents from my development got unsolved defects over a year. Two years on, people are still chasing for the defect fix (not allowed to carry out own fix as it will void NHBC warranty). Home supposed to be a place we can relax after a long day, but we have been forced to be stuck in this hopeless and draining process because Higgins deliberately chose to play dumb. Stay away from this reckless fraud!

Here are a few examples of issues happened in our development in London:
- leakage and damp due to wrong installation of shower/ bath unit in individual flats
- leakage and damp due to poor installation of pipe works (leakage across multiple floors and flats)
- false installation of cooker hood without extractor ducting
- false installation of ventilation system which cause noise and vibration
- doors don t even snap

@Mr Higgins, stop hiding the poor quality of your build and terrible service by removing all google reviews posted by home owners across your developments. Deal with the problem you created is the only solution. God bless you.

Terrible company, bought a new build and since the 9months I have been here all I have done is followup on repairs. Cutting down on costs for their profits and then lets not talk about the aftersales employees, rude ,rude, rude. Do your homework before you buy a new-build constructed by Higgins, totally overpriced and your time will inevitably be consumed to make sure they adhere to their NHBC responsibilities.

Terrible builder. I strongly suggest any new home buyer to avoid unless you are ready to go through the dragging NHBC process over years!

Lovely and pleasant reception staff are always so helpful
