The Hideway Grille is one of my favorite restaurants. I work close by and have been stopping in for lunch and dinner for the past 24 years! Everyone in my office eats there too. We hire the Hideaway to cater our office parties, and so many of us use their banquet room for family birthday parties and showers. The entire menu is fantastic! The staff is warm and friendly! The price is right! I recommend the stuffed banana peppers, ribs, and coconut cream pie:)

Disappointing... Ribs are boiled then sauced up and grilled so they are not smokey or tasty. Wings are tiny overcooked and they give you a teaspoon of blue cheese. Kitchen staff doesn't read special orders and tries to correct mistakes half assed. The fish fry is a tiny thin piece of haddock that is way over cooked and soaked in old fryer grease. At least the augratin potatoes were good.

Some of the best food you can find in Western New York! You name it, French Onion Soup, Stuffed Peppers, Steak and the Fish Fry on Friday were all SO tasty! It also didn't hurt that the staff was on point and never left you wanting a single thing.. Definitely one of the best experiences we've had dining out in a long time!

Discovered this gem while searching on Trip Adviser. Didn't really understand the scope of what we were going to expect until we were seated and could really experience this place. The building it's located in is a work in progress but they are actively renovating the building to fit their vision. Excellent service, this is the kinda place you come for an anniversary, date night or other special occasions.

First thing we received was complimentary artisan bread with three types of butter and oil for dipping, it was fresh tasting and delicious. We had the Artichoke Dip, best I ever had. Ribs were very moist and overall very well done.

Overall this restaurant was a wonderful experience, I expect all of you to check it out.

When you call to place a order and are put on hold 3 separate times while placing your order for a total of 15 mins that's not good service. When you call back with in 2 mins to make a change then are told well it will be a hour instead of 30 mins that's terrible service. Then you wait a extra 25 mins for your food as your family waits to eat is just disgusting. Owner says we'll we did refund you card. Dosnt give a damn about the wait or nothing.

I learned a big lesson last night (Jan 4,2016) a group of us had dinner here. Never order from a menu that doesn't have prices listed. I ordered from the 'Dinner Specials' menu thinking that specials meant a better deal. WRONG! I ordered the Veal with Parmesan and my wife had a chicken plate of some kind. We also soup/salad that was included with the dinner, coffee and one dessert. Bill totaled $73. With a proper tip came to $88. I will never set foot in that place again. Probably, my fault for not asking, but should I of asked the prices of every menu item? The Veal was $38, and was a bit on the grisly side! (insane) BTW...We made reservations and when we got there they said there were no reservations made. BS. Luckily the place was empty. Now I know why!
