sooooo good! food is excellent, service is wonderful! i think this is one of the 5 absolute best restaurants in the greater buffalo are. must have the ribs!

I visit her usually Friday evenings as date night with my husband. He works close by and we always run into someone he knows . Their baby back ribs, summer melt and mashed potatoes are my fav. Cajun chicken sandwich is yummy too. I love their Manhattan cocktail ,one of the best I have had. Beer selection is moderate. I will continue to visit here.

We are sure to stop here when in the area. We can always count on good food with great service. Normally we have to wait for a table @ 6PM, but got a high-top which was comfortable. Our bus boy, Billy was always making sure that our dishes were clear and our waters were full. Our waitress was very friendly as well.

I've eaten here a few times now and the food is always excellent! The service is great and the staff are always friendly. Valerie was our server tonight and she went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful dining experience.

Jewel the hostess was amazing! Called to change my reservation and she was so accommodating and pleasant. Our server was Jamie also amazing! The food was spot on everything was so delicious and we enjoyed our experience so much! We will definitely be back no doubt about it! Great experience!!!!!!!

I have been going here regularly for a couple years now and it's always a meal I'm looking forward to. My favorite dish is the 1/2 rack of ribs with Coconut Shrimp. Nothing beats Ed's BBQ sauce! I also enjoy the flatbread pizza from the bar menu and kobe beef hamburger. The bar regularly serves cocktail specials (I highly recommend any margarita or mule cocktail). This is a great place to get together with family/friends for a nice meal and conversation.

Great little spot in North Tonawanda with good homemade food. I've only been for lunch, and the lunch menu is very good. Have gotten most of the food on the lunch menu and there is nothing that I don't like.

Fantastic food especially Ed's ribs. Our server was delightful. What a wonderful place to enjoy family and food!

Overpriced, not the place to go for a Friday fish fry. Waiter got over tipped; they add the gratuity to checks for tables of 8 or more. Some at our table didn't hear him or check their bill and tipped him, again. Would go again for a nice dinner out or. special occasion

I had a very good experience here. Only reason I didn t give 5 stars was because I did not feel that the price matched the quality of foods.

I ll explain. We had a party of 4 and ordered a couple appetizers. Stuffed mushrooms were really tasty and the coconut shrimp were also very good. For my entree I had the Bone-in Ribeye, my personal favorite cut of beef. The portion size was very nice, however the cut of beef was just good. It was cooked medium, just like I ordered it, but there was a bit too much connective tissue within the steak and wasn t quite as tender as I d expect for the price. All this meant to me was I had more waste. The server was very nice and attentive. I d go back, just wouldn t order the ribeye again.

We went for a birthday party a few months ago. They had live music. We actually made a Conga Line, going throughout the place. It was a ball! Strangers of all ages joined in. The food was good too, and the staff was very friendly.

Nicer place than we thought! More expensive than we thought it would be, but from what we had, it was perfectly made! Very clean. Friendly and attentive staff, too. On our list as a favorite!

I've been a fairly regular customer there ,but on my last 2 visits the quality has been way down. Last Friday we were there for a fish fry,--- that was very greasy and had a strong ,unpleasant fish smell. Yesterday I took my sister there and had several mishaps....the french onion soup was sooooo salty as to be unedible, her filet was under cooked, My prime rib was also under cooked and loaded with fat a gristle,,,and no aujus with it. During dinner the bus boy came and took my bread, bread plate and steak knife away while we were still eating. Also there wasn't any garnish on the plates to make them look at lleast appealing. The good part of the meal was dessert, but I had to ask for a fork to eat it with. Music was loud...too loud for a dining area. Don't know what has happened there recently but I'll need to seriously consider picking them again. There are plenty other restaurants to blow $100.00 on

I have been here a few times and have never had anything i didn't like. I can see why they have regulars. Can't wait to go back. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

We had my daughter's bridal shower brunch at The Hideaway on Saturday. Everything was excellent! The food was delicious and plentiful. The banquet room was spacious enough to accommodate our 40 guests as well as the dessert and gift tables. Our server Lisa did a fantastic job, taking care of every request promptly and with a smile. Thank you for making this a great memory :)

Hadn't been to this restaurant for awhile, what a mistake. The meal I had. (lunch) was delicious. The fish was tasteful over a bed of spinach. It came with soup or salad. The server was exstremly friendly. I will definitely go back real soon!!

We had a fantastic dining experience tonight with a group of 5. The food was delicious, courses were well spaced for a good pace, and the staff was attentive to our every need. This wasn't our first time eating here, but it certainly won't be the last!

Assorted seafood plate was very good. Hamburg and fries o.k. service somewhat slow but very nice waitress.

My husband and I including my son and friends have now been to the hideaway grille a total of three times. All three times have been a wonderful experience the food is delicious quality and not too expensive. If you re looking for a decent fresh fish fry I recommend the hideaway grille. My husband has had it. My son also had the fish fry. Both were very satisfied. I had The Hideaway wedge salad and it was delicious. Our waitress both times were very nice and pleasant we really enjoyed ourselves. We will be returning there again.

They open at 11:30am and I got there at 12pm it was my 1st time there and I did not expect it to be so busy. The food was ok but I was not impressed my the service our waitress kept forgetting everything we asked for. I gave it 4 stars simply because it was ot the worse place I've been and the waitress was nice. I think they just got too busy.

First time here, it was very comfortable inside and the soups, burgers and beer we're excellent.

A local favorite for many years. Food is top quality, well prepared and presented with a variety of choices to please just about everyone. Recently remodeled dinning room is fresh and modern, a very comfortable dining experience.

The best Martini's. The best fish menu. I love the Mediterranean baked.. service is very professional and atmosphere is comfortable and elegant.

I rarely get a chance to go out to dinner with my wife due to our crazy schedules, but when we get a night out Hideaway is our GO TO spot !!! Every time we come here it is consistently amazing across the board. Hats off to whoever is running the show over there, your hostess is friendly , and attentive, your busboy is diligent , and courteous , your Chef and their team never fails to deliver a delicious and perfectly cooked meal and last but not least our server Kara K was on point!! Impressive from start to finish... these are the people who make this place a well oiled machine.. Bravo , you have life long regular customers with my wife and I! -Mike Courtemanche

Good food and the service is OK too. Never had a bad meal there. The prices seem to be a little higher ever since the remodel.

Ok ..party of 13, reservation for 7...didn't eat until well after 8, probably more around 9pm. I get it was going to take time but why give us 2 waitresses if it didn't make our food come faster. There was confusion between servers ALTHOUGH VERY NICE..clueless. Took orders, after we were done with apps....server came out to inform us they were out of the 10oz special prime rib, only had enough 14oz to serve those who already ordered it, and oh BTW we're out of ribs too...not much choice left for your meat eaters....complaints that went around, cooled soup appetizer, under cooked fillet, order of asparagus came back as broccoli, under cooked baked potatoes, 1 of the steaks was more grizzle than meat, salad made someone sick, over priced, didn't keep up with drink refills(probably would have sub-dued the crowd), felt like we were limited on bread and butter...a good portion knew someone who worked there, yet we've all agreed never to return...oh but thanks for comping some drinks, not everyone got one and they took away a customers option to express disappointment by AUTOMATICALLY adding 18% gratuity, and have the never to leave space for "additional tip"...I'm a very generous tipper with good service and food but sorry if u suck u suck...In the end over priced for service, food, and over all expirience

Stopped in and had a drink while waiting for my fish fry (which was excellently prepared). This place really is a hidden gem. Great bar atmosphere (dark but not too dark but yet somehow felt warm and inviting) good amount of TV's up with sports on. The bartenders were both very attentive and when one was busy another stepped in a got our drinks. One even took the time to make another patron a smoked old fashioned. Seems like there's a decent amount of nonbar seating as well.

The service is exemplary and the food is very good having a diverse menu.

The place seems to have gone downhill lately. We were seated at a table in the bar half of the restaurant where it was so loud we couldn t enjoy a decent conversation. The floor was littered with food scraps. The men s room had no paper towels (how were employees washing and drying hands?). Our waitress didn t come to the table as often as normal to check on us. When our food arrived they brought me the complete wrong dinner. When I realized it was wrong I had to walk around looking for our waitress, finally spotting the hostess who I asked to find our waitress. I had to wait once again for my food to be cooked. My wife was done with her dinner before my correct food was brought out. The young kid who walked around picking up completed dishes tried three separate times to take a plate off our table with food still on it. Very disappointed in the service, cleanliness and atmosphere of what once was considered a fine dining establishment.

Just had a employee luncheon and want to give two thumbs up!! Food was fresh and tasteful and service was top notch. Highly recommended for small group gathering. Great job!

I was there for a group dinner. The food was good but a bit overpriced. The table service was lacking. We never did get water at our table and we saw the waitress when she came to get our orders and when she came with the check. Clearly not used to dealing with a party of 10.
