odered shoes at the beginning of the month and they have yet to come. The customer service refuses to give me a refund claiming insurance is supossed to either refund my money or send another pair of shoes. Have tried calling the corporate offices and get no answer. HIBBITS is trash THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL! BASICALLY YOU ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE REFUSING TO GIVE REFUNDS OR REPLACE LOST PACKAGES.

Wish I could give 0 stars never received my shoes was given a gift card that doesn t work it s been two weeks and they are telling me it s nothing they could do no refunds on gift cards and they don t know when the website will be accepting gift cards they suck!!!!!!!

Trash customer service! Called about a shoe told them hold it go to the store 10 minutes before closing time and the doors where locked. If closing time is 6 why are you re doors locked 10 minutes before closing time? You guys need new managers or a new owner because clearly someone somewhere is not following rules.

Unfortunately I can not choose ZERO Stars...I am extremely disappointed in Hibbett Sports. I am a Case Worker at a Homeless Shelter for men and was attempting to make a purchase for one of my clients who had recently received a gift card. This gift card is not associated with a bank, nor individual, yet somehow the Customer Service agent I spoke with determined that the purchase of a pair of shoes and socks was intended for resale and I would not be able to place the purchase. HibbettHurtsHomeless.

Order was canceled at the last minute and got no explanation why setting processing for 3 weeks bad customer service!

Employees charge extra for Jordan s when they are released if you don t know a employee who work at one of the stores you will not get a pair and I think that s awful........ even the drawing is rigged

I would rate them 0 stars if I could! Ordered a pair of air force ones for my daughter's birthday just to find out days later that the order is unfulfillable. Her birthday was yesterday but we were ok with waiting an extra day or so for them to come in. Now I have to start over and find somewhere else to order from and wait for them to be delivered. They need a better inventory system to keep up with what they have in stock especially since the representative told me this happens often. I was offered a 20% off coupon on my next purchase for the inconvenience but Im definitely not spending any more money at this business.

horrible company, horrible customer service, app never works, and 90% of product is backdoored the employees will literally do it right in front of you. Can't wait till they go under and it will happen the way they treat their customers
