Truckers beware! Grouchy Mike works in receiving. He will look in your trailer and tell you he doesn t have room to receive your freight. He will threaten to refuse your load. He will huff and he will puff, then walk away. The forklift driver will unload your freight. Mike will walk back over with a smile on his face, slapping you on the back like you re his best friend and then all is well. It s best to just let him vent.

I enjoy working here I like the process that goes into making the parts and the people r great
There r issues but u will run into them anywhere u go
People do their best here and the company is very flexible and supportive when it comes to Your personal life
As long as u r patient and focus on your work there is plenty of room for advancement but if u r not patient and only focus on negative feelings and want things done at your pace then u won t be happy here
And as far as other employees go they r very helpful and patient when it comes to teaching those new to the job
If u r patient love learning and working in a great environment then this if the perfect place for u

It has been many years since I worked at Hi-Stat Manufacturing. I remember getting hired straight in back in 1996 for $6 an hour. I really did love the job though! Such a family atmosphere! The people that I worked with up on 04B, 13B, molding and in receiving were mostly all great people! I thank the precious Lord & Savior Jesus Christ for giving me that job! I really wished that I would have stayed! MATTHEW 6:33 K. J. V.

I worked there for about five years they don't treat their employees very well but the work is extremely easy the pay is low it's also air-conditioned and most of the jobs you get to sit down Hardwork is not acknowledged and the pay raises are very very small. They don't pay you to take them seriously so Why should you take them seriously but if you need a job they're always hiring because nobody ever wants to work very long

Stoneridge is a factory thats still trying to move...

Stoneridge is a factory thats still trying to move out of the old ways. Its run by alot of older people who are fairly set on their ideals. It is starting to move in a better direction with recent pay raises and they are still working on better pay. Overtime is abundant. They are always hiring, most people leave because they are lazy, not because they arent treated well. Third shift is probably the nicest as far as friendliness goes. At stoneridge it is alot of sitting jobs in comfy chairs, but there is the possibility of running a mold. Dont come in expecting to have it easy. Its a factory job where the work isnt hard but the repetition will get old. Music is allowed, ear buds, headphones, Bluetooth, etc. They hire people of all ages. Breaks are one 10 min break and another 20 min. Everyone here is very friendly and will work with you. If you want to just get in and work, go to 1st or second shift, if you want to learn in a longer process go to third. hopefully some of this helps. :)

I worked here for two years and got one meezly raise of $0.40. I was able to run everything on the theee departments I was in and always willing to learn more. Last summer I took a total of 6 weeks military leave and when I came back from my last 4 weeks my supervisor acted like it was a courtesy for them to let me go and do that. 2 weeks after that I was moved from a start up line for a mistake I owned up to. Two weeks after being moved I got walked out for not producing enough parts over three days on a new machine. The first day obviously not well. The second day was better. The third the guy next to me went home because of heat exhaustion as there was no air circulation in that department on the 80 some degree day in September. Being walked out was actually the best thing that happened to me because 2 hours later I already had an interview and start date at a better paying factory and they treat rhere employees better where I am now. So apply at Newman Tech through Spherion today.
