Very informative and good visit! I learned that the dealership is the best place to go to have your car worked on, even down to an oil change! They are certified for a reason. They fixed my problem in a speedy way and got me out of there! My car is perfect and runs so much better now!

My Husband said that this has been the 2nd time that he's experienced a problem when getting his oil changed at H.A. He was made angry when dealing with them. He didn't receive a quality oil change and was told that they no longer rotate your tires with an oil change which is fine but don't half step on my oil change!! Lots of times at these places they are supposed to change your oil and top off other things needed which 9xs out of 10 doesn't happen. My husband's said that his vehicle had not been reset after his oil change so when he went back and told the staff he was made to feel felt it was a problem. Anyway me myself hasn't had a problem with them before but I don't usually check to make sure that every thing is ok. I just take their word for it. Hate this happened to him again. He's Feeling upset

The salesman was very kind and the credit manager worked very hard to get me approved.

Company is only as good as the product it sells. First, sales staff was great initially. But follow ups with sales manager not as great. Problem is with used 2018 Buick envision I purchased. Mpg is rated 22/25/29. I live in a small Georgia town and am getting only 22.1 mpg, manually checked after three tanks of gas. Dash computer reads 23.3 mg, problem? Clearly problem with mpg compared to Buick published mpg! Dealer has done nothing to satisfy this customer. Engine problem, model 2018 problem, or overall buick problem?

Sharon is amazing! I ve been shopping around for about a week and nobody responded as fast as she did. She sent me a video of the car in the morning and it sealed the deal. I was on the fence, but once I saw that video it gave me the push I needed to make my way to the dealership. As soon as I arrived everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I recently purchased a 2015 Lexus RX 350 on July 9, 2019 from their dealership. I can't say enough great things about their dealership. I was out of state buyer and they made the process seamless and very easy. Specifically, my salesman Dalton Bender did outstanding job and all of management Mr. Davis and Mr. Holliman provided excellent level of customer service. I'm very sophisticated buyer and have some detailed needs that were met and all I had to do was travel from Columbia, SC about 3.5 hours away arrive at dealership and pick up my vehicle. I recommend Heyward Allen GMC dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Also on personal note Athens, Ga is great historic town and the home of UGA. Stop by and you will be amazed how good they are and you will leave smiling with any purchase you make.

1st my appointment was changed. I took my truck in for a 4:00 appointment at 2:30. I did not receive a call so i returned to the dealership at 5:30 where my truck was in the same position i left it. When i asked no one had seen it. I rate this experience as terrible. I should have at least been given a discount.

Great experience! I had been shopping around for several months driving different SUVs and doing some research. I finally contacted David Seagraves who has done business with my grandparents for over 20 years. David was eager to help and went above and beyond to make the process flow smoothly. My satisfaction was his top concern. To top it off once I drove off of the lot I took my SRX to show my grandmother who gave me the famous "I told you so" referring to David's ability to get me in the right car for the right price.

My wife was told her appointment oil change should only take hour to be done while She waited. One hour in they hadn t even got thr truck on the lift. Two and half hours after getting there She finally got the truck back after asking multiple times how much longer it would take. They did take something off the bill but didn t make up for having to be there an extra hour and half. We will not be taking the truck back here.

Wasn t happy with service rep. Did not seem to have knowledge of my vehicle. Seem to have a chip on his shoulder. Had to go to another dealership to get my auto bright and low lights working. Still not satisfied about the fact I have to use to different key fobs to make auto seats work! Always liked coming to Athens but probably going to go back to dealership I bought from even though it is about 35 more minutes away!

I change vehicles every two years. I have owned everything from Nissan, Jaguar, Chrysler, Mercedes, Buick and Cadillac. This was my first purchase with Heyward Allen in Athens and I say honestly that it was the quickest and easiest purchase I have ever experienced. Salesman Larry Paul is professional yet down to earth and goes the extra mile to make sure you get ALL the discounts available. Keisha in Service is amazing! She is very professional. She kept me abreast on my car while the mechanic was working on my repairs. She is truly an asset to Heyward Allen!

The service also took longer than I expected because I was not given an approximate timeline. However, my experience with staff members was pleasant and they fixed recalls that I was not even aware of. I also appreciate the kind follow-up email from the manager thanking me for coming. Finally, the system used to check the status of my car was convenient and I appreciate the option for a shuttle service available to me. One improvement I would make...I was very confused about where to pull up when I arrived, I felt like the signage was not very clear or visible.

I could not have asked for a better experience buying my 2013 Ford Edge. No pressure, no hustle, just honest people with honestly priced cars. Ken Evans could not have been more helpful. Every question got an answer and no request was an inconvenience. Even getting down to the details was a stress free breeze. If you fear the high pressure, high stress process of buying a car, look no further for your breath of fresh air.

I originally bought this truck from Heyward Allen and for the last 12 years I have had it serviced there. This is the last time they will do any work for me. In addition to the service, I needed my air conditioner checked for a problem. They were too busy but I could make another appointment. When I arrived, the service advisor told me he had to take pictures of my truck with no explanations. I asked and he told me in case there was a claim of damage. Really?? It had never been done before. The service advisor had the most bland personality I have ever encountered. One hour and fifteen minutes later they completed the service. Then they proceeded to tell me I need a rear brake job and they would give me a quote which would include rotors. I told them to never mind I didn't need a quote from them. After paying, I went to leave and found my seat, radio station and mirrors had been changed. I realize my truck has some age on it and there are things that need repairing but they have me the impression they were only interested in upselling me on service items. But they were too busy to address what I needed and asked for. As I mentioned, they will not be servicing my truck in the future.

This was my first visit to this dealership and service department. I was promptly greated and treated well. All staff had smiles and were very friendly. I was given a ride with the shuttle to get food then picked back up. Thank you Ms. Brandy Ray for being so nice and helpful during my visit.

I arrived before 8 on Friday morning to have repair/replacement of headlights as a result of a recall on my Cadillac SRX. My husband had gone to Heyward Allen on Thursday for appt. but was not able to wait for as long as it was scheduled to take so he made an appointment for the next morning for me. Tracey in the Service Department was so nice and helpful and I know she went above and beyond what she had to do to accommodate me as they were already extremely busy. She kept me informed all through the day and I could not have asked for any better service. I would recommend their Service Department to anyone.
