1st my appointment was changed. I took my truck in for a 4:00 appointment at 2:30. I did not receive a call so i returned to the dealership at 5:30 where my truck was in the same position i left it. When i asked no one had seen it. I rate this experience as terrible. I should have at least been given a discount.
