I arrived before 8 on Friday morning to have repair/replacement of headlights as a result of a recall on my Cadillac SRX. My husband had gone to Heyward Allen on Thursday for appt. but was not able to wait for as long as it was scheduled to take so he made an appointment for the next morning for me. Tracey in the Service Department was so nice and helpful and I know she went above and beyond what she had to do to accommodate me as they were already extremely busy. She kept me informed all through the day and I could not have asked for any better service. I would recommend their Service Department to anyone.
