We contracted last fall with a guaranteed price for spring instillation. This spring Heyn Brothers did the instillation at the agreed price in one day. I would recommend Heyn Brothers to anyone that need to shingle their home.

I couldn't be more satisfied with this company. From our salesman Cory Smith who was here within hours of the storm and offered to cover it that night to the crew that worked through oppressive heat to finish in one day, They cleaned up everything and the roof is perfect.

Both were knowledgeable about the product and the method it was being installed. The install crew did a great the job, it was done in a day and the clean-up after was also great.

I would not recommend this company. It took over half a year to get our siding on our house because they could not hire the right crew to get it done. When it came time to pay, the salesperson we were dealing with tried to up charge us for material he did not order when he originally placed the bid and fought us about it until we threatened to bring in a third party. The experience that we had with this company was painful, unprofessional, and an all around headache. The crew left a huge mess behind as well. I would not advise anyone on choosing this company.
We had a leak in our roof. Heyn Brothers came out quickly and identified the problem even on a Saturday while it was raining. Courteous staff and quality products. They identified some damage to our roof that we were not even aware of which our insurance covered. Very easy to work with and they did a great job.
Heyn Brothers was very responsive, they followed up in a timely manner and was very easy to work with. The installation was quick and we were happy to see the crew spent nearly two hours cleaning up at the conclusion of the install. We would highly recommend Heyn Brothers for a new roof install.
We went through Heyn Brothers for windows and siding. When we signed the contract, we were told the whole process would take two weeks start to finish once the product came in. They started the job July 2nd and just finished Dec 10th. I would never give Heyn Brothers my business again. They do not care about their customers or their satisfaction. They were very unprofessional and we ended up having to put a lot more of our time and energy into a project that we hired out than we should have. Their website states that they have a certified project manager to oversee all jobs, but that is definitely not the case. Save your time, energy and money and hire a company who stands by their customers.

Corey Smith was our area Rep and he came to our home and wrote us an estimate for the re-roof. He then scheduled a meeting to go over the estimate at a time that worked with our schedule. He was very good at explaining the warranty and what it covered and didn't pressure us into spending more money than we needed to or to make a decision on the spot. The roofing crew was efficient and courteous and left our yard the way they found it. Corey did an inspection and informed us of some workmanship concerns that he had corrected before the final bill arrived. We'd highly recommend Heyn Brothers Roofing!

Great experience - they came out provided an estimate for completing the project. The workers were professional, completed the roof and cleaned up the area when they were done.
