You're lucky Plaza Damas 3, you're lucky.

Quiet place and very little shops surrounding this complex.
Good thing is that its connected to hartamas shopping mall with a pedestrian bridge.

Convenient for residents.

Clean,nice and neat.

It is a residence and a hotel

The only problem is that the rooms of the residence is so small

Whilst it s next to the Palace, and a good location to be based to get around KUL, its in dire need of maintenance and has some of the highest parking charges in KUL. The doom and gloom atmosphere created by the many empty shops are second only to the many sleepy guards who sit around in a perpetual look of emptiness. It needs some decent management to clean up the place and make it welcoming and vibrant.
For location 4 stars, for the building, staff and facilities 1 star

I go there fory RHB banking needs. Bring a good book while waiting for your number to be called.

The room I get was very bad smelling.....the bed was full of bugs inside the mattress

Depending on the room, it may be a hotel or an owner. I lived but the service varies by owner. My room was a Chinese owner. As a hotel, I also lived in other rooms, but basically it is better to think that the weak condition where hot water does not come out and the condition of the washing machine is normal.

Is located near istana negara, office design is very trendy & up to date. Multiple restaurants located in the building,service apartment looks cozy n does provide 24 hours room service

Parking is so expansive... If my aesthetic beauty saloon is not here, i wouldn't come in to this place. One thing for sure, the parking lot always ready for you, due to the high parking rate. You do not need to worry no parking space when you arrive. One star for the parking facility.

Very rude staff

Nice and elegant place. There are many foreigners here from various countries. Near to shopping mall and many restaurants behind the mall.

Parking charges have gone up steeply recently..n not easy to find space as well.

I'm a new resident tenant at damas 3...i was surprised that the intercom didn't function and to get season card car park u need to pay rm350 for deposit and rm150 for the card... as tenant,the agent and owner didnt tell this because we need to wait more than a month to get the season parking card for car park!!the management supposedly ready this facility for residents

worst wifi the noise of air conditioner is horrible.Too much dust in the ac.They never clean the ac?I can not stop coughing

Plaza Damas 3 by Plush is Not recommended at all. Bad service, aircond not function and the room was not clean.

Quiet and serene. They do have some bar that open till late but its just too quiet for me. This place also houses several offices and condominium and it has a link bridge that links to Hartamas Shopping Centre, it closes as early as 10pm. Link bridge still accessible but as a passage way to cross the road.

Decent place with a few stores here and there. Clean environment, and is near Hartamas Shopping Centre.

Normal office & retail building, occupancy rate a bit low

Nice rooms,nice view but housekeeping service were bad...need to call many times (at least 3times) to get housekeeping to clean up the room...need to monitor the staff because they didnt change the bedsheet, they juat turn it down...will only come back here if other hotel is fully book.

Parking here is the worst. It seems like the management got no money to run ventilation. The parking and lift is as hot as oven.

Sadly. I wish could give it a 0, but 1 is the lowest. I've been living in Cliveden for a month with no parking. Was this my fault? Of course not. A week before MCO started I had asked my agent to register my parking. Goodness was he slacking, he can't register in time. So the only way to register at for Care car park was literally the most manually way ever I had to do it at Plaza Damas basement 1 parking. The admin said he couldn't do it cause the management is closed. How can management be closed ? Or just plain being lazy. I gave my documents anyways and call in for updates. By now I have emailed the management 4 times with no reply and no confirmation read receipt. Nothing

The worst customer service! I can't give my review at care carpark because there's no platform to review them.

Hotel, shops, restaurants n link Bridge across to Damas shopping complex 1

Confusing car park . Watch out for the different levels. The street level is not named as street level. The guards are friendly.

Terrible management office. Unfriendly parking rates during MCO lockdown + refusing season pass application.
If u know everyone has to stay in, please enact a flat daily rate for parking la! As it is the rate of rm15+ a day is a killer for tenants

Maintenance officer blocked fire exits, when questioned he lied about a fire department's approval. After informing the fire brigade the management was forced to open back the fire exits. Safety of tenants and visitors being taken lightly. Obstructions often found in the fire exit stairwells. Very alarming!

Review as residence for 1year
Pros.
1. Connect to shops and grocery.
2. Good location to access Mont Kiara, KL and PJ.
3. Few places having balcony for studio room.

Cons.
1. Since blocked P3 & P4 floor parking for Dorsett residences, always lack of parking space during weekdays. Even so many cars are abandoned at P1 and P2 floor but the management doesn't do anything.

2. Parking card is not included in rental payment, need to pay 150rm per month separately.

3. This place is not soundproofed between units. All the impact from the units above are delivered without any reduction, also can hear what neighbours in the next unit are saying, even . This is the most problem of this place.

4. Cockroaches are invading from washroom.

5. Compartment in each units are not sufficient. For short-term staying is okay but not enough for long term staying.

Okay la, but the parking is a bit confuses sometimes. The guard keep changing and the new guard sometimes dosent help when dosent speak malay or english.

Even if such dirty water comes out, management cannot solve it.
