Terrible support. Called several times to a center in India. Null help there. They gave me a Norwegian number that is not in use. So I prepaid for phone support from a Norwegian (?) Service company but they never rang. Attempted to find phone number to headquarters but did not find. Is it possible? Is now physically moving to HK at Fornebu. I'm pissed off, disappointed and surprised.
