I had a mixed experience with Hewlett-Packard Aguadilla. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they were very helpful in resolving my issue. On the other hand, their products are average at best and I've had a few issues with them in the past. Overall, I would say they are an average company.

I had an average experience with this company. The customer service was decent but not exceptional. The products are okay but nothing extraordinary. I would consider trying other options before settling for Hewlett-Packard Aguadilla.
Bought HP printer M404dw that started to have issues after 9 months. They are sending a replacement but they will not honor a new warranty because they are sending me a refurbished printer!!! I told them mine is a new printer, so I should be getting a "new" replacement, that no where in the warranty does it state that replacement will be refurbished only that if it cannot be fixed they will replace it. Replacements generally mean replace with equal or greater value, not lesser....I told them before I shop again for equipment I will consider all of this and will probably elect to not buy HP again and I will tell others about my experience. Their response was I am just following policy, blah blah and I told them they had better check with a supervisor, and of course the chat mysteriously disconnected after that SMH!!! Even when my expensive Shark vacuum stopped working, not only did they send me a new one, they sent me an upgraded newer one, including a new warranty. This has definitely put me off from ever buying HP again!!!
