This place was great. Wonderful waitress and good food!!!!

I have returned due to hearing that the bread rolls are back where they belong. i came all the way from florida to see if thy prophecy was true.

and to my surprise, it was.

my journey is finally over, the long search for the same bread roll taste has ended. i can finally go back to enjoying my life. and i thank you for that.

i also advice the worker known as Brittney to be given a raise for her wonderful service to making my bread needs fulfilled.

We had the BEST TIME here! First "outing" in Hershey! Two words; CHOCOLATE MARTINI. Need I say more?! Our waitress was The Bomb! Food; to Die for! Drinks; BEYOND YUMMY! Desserts; it's HERSHEY, PA folks! Better desserts won't be found! Nice small-town atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating, views of rides and rollercoasters, shares a parking lot with ZooAmerica. How cool is all THAT?! I definitely recommend Houlihan's for a nice, quiet date night choice! A little expensive but we'll worth the money!

The one and only time I ate here, I had some kind of dish that consisted of shrimp and rice, but it was so heavily seasoned with pepper and god knows what else, I couldn't even finish half of it.

Now they want $13 for chicken tenders (at lunchtime) and $9 for a salad. It's really no surprise that over the past 6 years, they've closed every Pennsylvania location east of Hershey and most of their NJ locations.

Not a chance am I going to go out of my way to eat in an establishment that has a record of refusing to seat veterans with service animals.

Had the Stuffed Chicken today and was blown away. Amazing flavors and service. The building and ambience was fantastic.

Great experience all around and our server Megan H. had some great info about the Hershey area that led us to some hidden gems.

Would highly recommend you stop by and try their signature dishes.

The food here was very good. The spinich dip was delicious. So was the chicken parmigiana. The service was also good. My wife and my friends also enjoyed it . I would go here again!

Absolutely love this place. Prices are reasonable, portions good and taste great. Service is usually good. Go for the fish tacos or their famous 'shrooms!

Haven't been to a Houlihans in 4 years and decided to come here for a late dinner. The menu has definitely changed since I last went to one and I dare say for the better. I got the scallops with risotto and both components were cooked to perfection.

I haven t been to Houlihan s in over 10 years and I went today expecting a fine but forgettable sit-down chain restaurant experience. I am telling you, I was completely blown away by the quality of the food. The spinach dip appetizer was wild. My French dip entree was delicious and the other plates ordered to my table all looked fantastic. 10/10 cannot wait to go back!

Wow is place is amazing. Great food and some dishes are very unique.

They changed their menu and no longer have fan favorites like French onion soup. They did a great job keeping up with COVID standards. Overall, I liked the food (Scallops and Risotto) but the food list is extremely limited. Drinks are great, though.

Food overall was delicious. However my husband's salad was dry and it wasn't freshly cut. Our server was not friendly and inattentive.

Great place. Be sure to make a reservations or you'll be waiting.

Its a lil pricy but the food is good, the crowd is modern and hip.. the place seems to be packed most nights.. other than food there is not much going on here, god i miss the west coast...

I love this place. Unfortunately the wait was over an hour this visit and they dont take reservations so we left. They have an awesome menu even for vegetarians. Highly recommend

i mean it took me 25min to get my drinks, which were water. The guacamole had no taste to it, so me and my friends added salt and pepper.

This is a good place to eat. The food is great and their cream brulee is so good.

Stopped by from out of town and it was amazing. Ray, was the best service we have ever had. He was on it, knew the menu, had suggestions, and did not miss a beat.

My son ordered a burger with fries. At 16, he has traveled all over on road trips and is the first to speak up. I was stunned we he came out with, Omg, I love this! I asked specifically what and he said it was the way it was cooked and the flavour. He even ordered dessert, which was the Apple Pie, with Vanilla, and that too was fabulous. My son was ready for bed when we left, and Ray was super by getting to go for the rest of his pie and drink for the road. My son also said best service he ever had!

As a vegetarian, sometimes I would like to get something that shows meat on the menu, minus the meat, so I asked Ray what he would suggest and he said he would ask Chef for suggestions. He came back with plenty, and I particularly liked the spicy cauliflower idea for the Nachos. What a treat!
I could not finish it though, however the fresh salsa with the cauliflower was beautiful dipped in the guacamole; my tastebuds could not get enough. I had the leftovers at home and relived the experience! Topped off with iced tea at the restaurant and muah! I had the peanut ice cream cake, forgive me, the name escapes me, with coffee. I put my phone down so I could enjoy being in another world. Ray s suggestion was spot on to finish my night.

Eat at Houlihan s. Experience Houlihan s. Ask for Ray. Try eating something else. And by that I mean, it truly was SOMETHING ELSE!

Forgot our doggie bag. Came back in, was already trashed by busers. GM made me a new "take out" kids pizza and kids chicken fingers, for free! Plus food and beers amazing!

Fantastic food and service. It was restuarant week. Had the Thai Chicken bowl and excellent. Service was fantastic. We had a group of 20. Waitress was on top of refills of drinks and service was fast.

Food was good and arrived within our expected timeframe. Prices are mid-range - $44.55 for two mains, an appetizer, drinks, and tip. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Steak and wedge salad dinner was very good and a good value.

Great food and great atmosphere. We went in during the dinner rush and the restaurant was packed. The downside for that though was that our server seemed to be in a hurry so she could give attention to all of her tables.

The food is very good. The atmosphere is extremely cozy and relaxing. A very classy and attractive place. Their menu is slightly pricey but not too ridiculous but the food is very good. They even have an outside patio when the weather is nice then it's right at the square town. The only thing that's not great about that is it's right at an intersection and it's extremely busy so while you're out on the patio it could get pretty noisy

Nice outdoor seating with umbrellas. Staff was very accommodating for child and high chair on a busy lunch day. Food was well presented and prepared. Kids menu as well.

We decided to stop here for dinner while we were waiting on the theater to open. We had the Chicken Cesar Salad and the Pot Roast. The Chicken Cesar Salad was like no other. It was delicious, not overpowering like dressings can get. The pot roast was served with a red wine mushroom gravy, carrots, celery, and onion straws over mashed potatoes. The pot roast was so tender that it just melted in your mouth. We don't typically order dessert but there was so much temptation. We ordered creme brulee and the apple pie. The creme brulee was served with berries and the apple pie was served a la mode with a caramel drizzle. They were both amazing! I highly recommend dining here. We most definitely will be back!

Upscale chain restaurant with good above average food. Service was good, but at the time I went it wasn t so busy which was around 5pm. Prices are fair being it s near Hershey Park.

Located right outside Hershey Park, this is a MUCH better option for food and drinks than inside the park in my opinion. Parking lot next door, restaurant and bar is huge with plenty of seating for large parties and the menu has items for everyone. Although this is a chain restaurant technically, most Houlihan locations in area have closed in recent years. The Hershey location is the best I ve ever been to and I used to waitress at one in Philly during college. Try the stuffed shrooms and fried cauliflower on the app menu.

You're always seated fairly quickly despite it being such a popular place to eat. The servers and staff are always pleasant and very kind. The service is also quick. I always get the house salad which I recommend. The food is awesome and the servings are such a good size. You'll definitely leave happy and with a full belly.

Good service. Flavorful green beans and spaghetti squash. Impossible burger was very good too.

Food was good. Average service, interior similar to an Applebees.

Usually a long line to get in, so plan ahead. Food is always good. Ask that my steak be cooked medium well but it came out well-done. I like well-done but I'm usually safe with medium-well.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to stop for a quick lunch when in Hershey. Honestly, we weren't looking for anything fancy, so we stopped at Houlihan's, hoping we could get something halfway decent. We didn't know what a treat we were in for. Honestly, we had two of the best lunch salads that either of us had ever had. The mix of vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients made them both very delicious. Our waitress was friendly, outgoing, and prompt. I wish I could remember her name so that I could give her the acknowledgment she deserves. I would definitely stop by again, and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Nice place to sit outside, inside is nice but a little loud. Food was very good, but for the price the portions were small. We got the seafood trio and there were two tiny scallops and two tiny shrimp along with the salmon. Desserts were great!

Delicious & reasonably priced! We had grilled shrimp tacos, a large scallop entree (8 scallops), a creme brulee & 3 drinks...we were so surprised by how low our bill was. The restaurant is beautiful, in a great location, with plenty of free parking.

Pricey, snooty, pretty typical for a Hershey food establishment.

It's a very hopping restaurant! The staff was accommodating and super friendly. The food was good too.

Our second favorite place to eat, and that's only cause there isn't one near where we live. But every year we go to Hershey twice and that's our place to eat.

Food was good. Service was very slow. We liked the French dip a lot, the deconstructed chicken pot pie was just ok. Kids meals didn't have enough food to fill up my kids. They were still starving after.

Yummy and convienently close to hershey new years celebration. The wait was long but I appreciated receiving a text when our table was ready... so this way we could walk around for 30+ min

I was there for dzdinner on Saturday, June 8th.
After leaving I realized that I lost my bracelet and immediately called in to ask if it was found and it was. I asked if it could be held for me as I was leaving early the next morning. The girl I spoke to took all of my information and assured me that it would be put away with my name and contact info until I could get it.
It s gone!
Was I lied to? Did an employee take it?
I m very upset about this because I was assured it would be safe there. I don t think I ever wish to eat there again!!!!

To make matters worse... they are responding/commenting on other reviews complementing them! I had been assured the safe keeping of my bracelet, stolen by an employee... had to be if it was put away... and now won t address or acknowledge me or what happened to it.

So amazing.

We are local and have eaten at Houlihans many times. But the last 2 times we have been there the food is not quite the same. I always have ordered the salmon and have been pleased with the portion size. But for the last 2 visits the portion is much smaller and it has come extremely undercooked or overcooked. Hoping this changes.

Fast food that's a bit more gourmet. Great staff, clean place. Never had to wait on line to get seated. Family friendly.

Great location in Hershey. Very close to the public parking garage. The service was excellent. Our server was very attentive and any server who walked by our table stopped to ask us if we needed anything. The food was very good! They have a nice patio to dine outside if the weather permits.

I'm giving 3 stars to The restaurant on a Sunday afternoon Around 3 o'clock A 30 minute wait which is typical nothing to be upset about but once sat it took 30 minutes to get drinks 30 minutes for food to come out if not longer just for appetizers drinks were forgotten appetizers came out a most on top of the food that we ordered server was clearly overwhelmed with the amount of table she had food was delicious and server was apologetic and even said that she was super busy. Typically a great place to dine and eat with great food unfortunately today I was not impressed

I was in Hershey for the weekend and chose this on a Saturday night. Seating was available at the bar. I was fortunate to have Hailey as my bartender! Her recommendations were great. I had the scallops and risotto which were fantastic. I enjoyed the experience so much that I returned the following evening and once again was extremely pleased with the recommendations. Hailey once again. The shrimp tacos and calamari were great . Highly recommended!

The food was very good, though the prices were abit high for the portion sizes. The waitress we had was extremely rude and ruined the night, if you coming from Hershey I'd say it's a pass.

Yummy food and nice atmosphere! They do get really busy so there is sometimes a pretty long wait. I had the She sells sea shells drink and it was delicious!

Crabcakes were good. Scallops were also good and reasonably priced

It was OK. The salmon was very good but the portion was small. The green beans were a bit too crunchy.

I have to say, this has been the best dining experience in my entire life. My girlfriend took me here for my first time for my birthday, and she couldn't have made a better choice. The food was fantastic, very well priced, made without error and extremly quick! But what really made the visit fun and extremely pleasant, was our waitress, Wendy. She was funny, upbeat, knowledgeable, remembered everything and answered any questions we had. We didn't even mention it was my birthday, but she quickly wished me a happy birthday when she saw my I.D. Coming from someone that's been in sales and customer service their whole life, This was true, satisfactory customer service. We will definitely be coming back! I would highly recommend asking for her!

What a restaurant! On a 5 day trip (KY to NY) and despite our nightly diligent restaurant search, this was the ONLY one worthy of a rating. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience AND the excellent food. Kudos Houlihan's and a shout out to our fantastic server, Jessica A.

ALLERGY FRIENDLY!

I had the pleasure to dine here tonight with a few friends and the staff was great. They were quick to order and quick to get our food out to us. They were also very allergy friendly! They cooked my food in separate pans and I even had it delivered by a separate waiter! I'm very impressed with their attention to very important details regarding keeping my food and myself safe from cross contamination.

Excellent. Food was good, service was great. Randy was our server and he is awesome. Contrary to reviews by some obviously overweight people, the portions are very healthy, not small at all. Quickly seated and food was served hot and timely

Ordered take out from here. I waited on the phone to place my order for around 10 to 15 minutes. When I arrived my order was brought to me very quickly. The location to pick up orders was near the bar near the center of the dining room room. It was crowded here and not conducive to a pick up location. Many restaurants have curbside pick up or a pick up location much closer to the entrance which is more convenient. The white bean salad was a small portion. The Impossible burger was good. The guacamole was almost flavorless - very disappointing. I probably won't go back.

Sooooooo good. Best burger I have had in a really long time. I could tell it was fresh, it wasn't greasy, and it was cooked perfectly. The fries were delicious too! Any time I am craving a burger, I know exactly where to go!

Fish tacos are excellent! Outside dining is nice atmosphere but very loud traffic noise... difficult to talk at times. Sit inside!

Food was good.. had to wait for a table, but not long. It was really busy when we went but surprisingly the service was pretty good. Overall, I would definitely go back again.

Nicely located downtown with views of Chocolate Ave if you get a seat near the windows. We enjoyed our lunch and our server April was quick to take our order and refill drinks during our lunch visit. Food was served quickly. My fussy eater granddaughter loved the Taco bowl and I enjoyed the tasty Brentwood Chicken sandwich.

This is a nice place to go to in Hershey. The food is always good and they have a decent variety of menu choices.

We were lucky enough to get the back room on Saturday around 430pm. This dining area was quiet compared to the main area,which was crowded and loud like a large cafeteria. Our server was excellent and food served quick. Without call ahead seating, be prepared to wait over an hour. The food,in my opinion, is expensive for the noisy atmosphere and long wait. There are much better restaurants to choose from .

We had a good lunch. The menu felt a bit small of options though. Boom boom shrimp we're good and burger had a nice taste. Service was great and wife really liked the mixed drinks.

This Houlihan's in Hershey is a great place to relax and have a good meal after leaving the park. The food is good and the restaurant is clean. Great atmosphere and a good menu.

The food and the location might look good and classy but the food is dry and tastes like it has been warmed up. Don't let the look of the restaurant deceive you. Really sad but our guests tried 3 things in the menu from appetizers, salads and hamburgers still the meat, chicken and bacon was dry. The staff is pretty great and the bar is A+. There is a $10off coupon on their site if you sign up.
