The lock in a push button gate latch got damaged and we couldn't open our gate. While we waited a little longer for service than the half hour time frame we were quoted, it wasn't too long. It took some figuring out and the technician took the lock apart and put it back together a few times but he was able to fix it in the end. We were super happy we didn't have to replace the lock! The price was very reasonable, about $20 less than I'd expected for the short notice service call. He was very friendly and told a sad story about his tools being stolen and held for ransom. What a horrible way to take advantage of someone who is just trying make a living.

Bottom line: Quick response, friendly service and reasonable price.
