One of our key initiatives is the CareerWise program. This program provides high school students with paid apprenticeships in industries such as healthcare, finance, IT, and more. By giving young people hands-on experience in these fields, we are helping them build valuable skills while also creating a pipeline of talent for local employers.

Another important initiative is the Talent Pathways program. This program focuses on providing training and support for adults who are looking for new career opportunities or who want to advance their current careers. Through partnerships with community colleges and other educational institutions, we offer courses in areas such as healthcare administration, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and more.

In addition to these programs, Here To Here also works closely with employers across various industries including healthcare providers like Montefiore Health System; financial services firms like JPMorgan Chase & Co.; technology companies like IBM; retail giants like Macy’s Inc., among others -to identify their workforce needs so they can hire locally from within communities they serve while providing job seekers access into quality jobs through internships or apprenticeships leading into full-time employment opportunities.

We're proud of what we've accomplished so far at Here To Here but there's still much work left ahead of us as there are still too many individuals who lack access into quality jobs despite having the skills needed by employers today which makes us even more committed towards achieving our mission by working together with all stakeholders involved including government agencies at all levels (local/state/federal), non-profit organizations focused on workforce development issues affecting low-income communities across America among others towards creating an inclusive economy where everyone has an opportunity not just survive but thrive!
