Wow!! Read the reviews and have to say I had a completely different experience!!! Robert always answered the phone, was very kind, got me a quote in one hour. Now granted he doesn't do email but I don't think that qualifies the remarks given about that. The fence looks great, professional installed. Bradley answered all my annoying questions and had no problems with them at all!! I hope the reviews posted don't reflect too bad on them because I truly WOULD recommend them and had a pleasant experience.

I had three quotes, and Hercules was the best price, and they were able to do our fence the quickest! Honest people to work with! They took good care of us,, and our fence looks great!

I have to say I call and someone answers or call me back I'm always working and couldn't be home he had no problem working with me I would leave fence open so he could work I got home fence was done and in 2017 nobody called me to get paid who does that now a days I called him to pay and he said not to worry to drop money in mailbox so I give him so many stars if I could thanks Hercules fence I love you old school business amazing it still exist

This is the definition a an unethical/unprofessional business. They told me that the fence would take a few days to finish the fence and it took 6 weeks with them working on it 1 day a week. There was a 1-1.5 feet when they told my wife they were finished, and I had to call them to let them know that this was unacceptable. The management apologized and told me that this was far from the first time this has happened. They didn't show up for 2 weeks because they apparently ran out of wood. But they didn't let me know that, I had to call them to find out when they were coming back. And they also have a 1 year warranty on their fence, our fence is 10 months old has some major warping. When I called 2 weeks ago, they said the would come out in a couple of days to look at it, but didn't know what I wanted them to do about it. I said I would like it fixed since it is under warranty. It has been 2 weeks and they have not been out here. I have called them back twice. They claim to have been in business for over 30 years. I find that very hard to believe.
Do not trust this company!

Called and asked for quote and they came out within 2 weeks. Mailed quote.
Fence looks great! Never an issue. Have used them at my business as well.

Horrible customer service! They do not use email to send quotes, I have had to ask numerous times to have quotes faxed to me. After being told they would send the quote right then, I would have to call back and ask again and still not receive the quote. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business with these types of practices. I asked if this was going to be how the work was done too and the guy stated "Call the better business bureau and ask them".

Hercules quoted us the best price and did and absolutely fantastic job repairing our fence.

What a great company !!!!! If I could give them a 10 star I would they were very good with helping me get the best deal with my fence and helping to get it installed the price was fair and the workers were fantastic ...I would use them again and tell friends to use them as well.....Thank you Hercules Fence

Worse company every, took 6 months for a 100' of fence and a gate. Gate still is not as on proposal and trying to collect for work not properly done.

I m thrilled that others have had good experiences with this company, but mine has been less than exciting. I ve called on more than one occasion to remind the gentleman who answers the phone that he said he would give me a quote. Never got the formal quote. Then he tries to give it over the phone.. I don t know the specifics of fence building, hence the reason I m attempting to employ a company who does! If this is how he conducts business via telephone, I d be leary if actually hiring this company! I ll choose another company to do the work I need done. Thank you for the headache!!
