Went here for COVID vaccine. Plenty of parking (including several EV charging stations). Very organized with lots of staff. Very accommodating and overall excellent and relaxed experience. Definitely looking forward to coming back for second dose. Shout out to Stephanie for being "extra" and answering all my questions.
Just filed a human rights violation on this hospital. Very contridictory Statements made between doctors on my report. Says I was given two antibiotics that were listed as sensitive/allegic on my file. Nursing States that she given me an IV to slow a fast heartbeat caused by a certain prescription stimulent even though it was a small amount and I had not taken it in three days, nor did she do a drug test to come to that conclusion. Also was very dydrated and had very low potassium levels which she commeted on but did not state in her report .Says they gave me medications I never received and I was now "stabilized". I only got a sleeping pill.Nurse Was very rude and judgmental me. List goes on but to much to type on here... even the human rights rights guy I was taking to could not beleive the shannanigans that go on here .
My dad is staying here and he's alive so far so good five star. I was even able to talk to him with the assistance.. which is a double five star..
I came in with a blocked intestine (8/14-17/21). I was in severe pain and in need. The staff nurses and doctors in the main hospital fifth floor was excellent, caring and calm. I felt the whole time that they went the extra yard to care for me and on the evening and night of the 16th they went far above and beyond helping breakdown the blockage and allowing me to move into a recovery phase.
Convenient EV parking. Good COVID practices. Clean facility. Friendly staffing.
I just want to thank everyone from the Henry Mayo Urgent Care to everyone that helped me in the ER to the team that helped with my surgery. Treated me with respect and with so much care so comforting I can't thank them enough. They were clean they were friendly always kept me informed. They told me exactly what was happening to my body and what was going to happen and how everything was going to be resolved. Thank you Henry Mayo team. I'm proud to say I'm a happy patient and a proud employee of Henry Mayo.
We had our first baby delivered here. We live in Palmdale and drove 50mins to get the best care. We were not wrong as the Doctor, nurses and all staff here are very professional. They took care of us and made sure we were very comfortable. The facility itself is very clean, top of the line equipment. Shout out the nurses who helped us through the labor and delivery, Amber, Nicole, Ma, Dalila, Kathryn and the rest. Can't remember all their names but everyone are just amazingly caring here. Can't go wrong delivering here.
My husband was there for heart issue they tested him for covid it came back as positive...They stuck him in the Covid section ...I demanded a second test while he was placed in Covid19 section ....The 2nd test was negative I am so disappointed cause it was a scare for the whole family we all had to get a test..They get paid extra for postives patients this is dirty work to make money cheating the government....very sad
Just wanted to say thank you for the amazing covid vaccine experience. With all of the nightmarish experiences everyone else I've known has had at Dodger Stadium and Magic Mountain in terms of wait times - 3-4 hours in line - the experience was amazing - in and out in 30 minutes including the mandatory 15 minute wait time. the staff was professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful. Thank you
