Probably the best company i've worked for. It's a skilled trades shop that requires attention to detail, and for you to take pride in your work. I saw a previous review that mentioned if you aren't the right skin color then things don't work out. That's false. I've never worked for a company that cares and appreciates it's employees more then Hennig. All the way from the president of the company(that you see almost daily and talks to you about how you're doing, and gets to know you) , to direct management (that makes sure you have what you need to perform at 110%). I'd highly recommend other skilled trades people to check this company out.
