Girl at the lift was rude when we arrived 10min early. So we waited to go in the lift and just as we were entering they grabbed my husband's backpack...which was a bluey backpack with my 4 year old daughter's change of clothes and water bottle and asked my dad to remove his fedora hat. I felt that this information could have been relayed to us while we were waiting (until after 3 which was opening time) rather than as our group of 7 were entering the lift as this was dangerous and freaked us out.....staff grabbed our belongings...there were 3 men on the lift and they were impolite, unorganized and did not professionally relay information to patrons...as the lift said only 4 people to enter they let in groups of 2 before us....running a lift is not a hard job and I expected better service for such a basic job.

Could be so great. Staff very friendly. Drinks on the pricey side but expected. However, why we didn't stay was there were long term spider webs EVERYWHERE we looked outside. Very dirty for a supposed upmarket bar. Won't be back.

Cocktails are excellent; staff are attentive but the overall experience is let down by the lack of seating when half the venue is reserved for functions. This is not communicated when you arrive, so you find yourself caught on the roof with an expensive (but awesome) drink and nowhere to enjoy it. The dress code is not enforced. We dressed up and felt very overdressed. Lots of jeans, running shoes and sports gear. Would go back, but not in a cocktail dress.

Sophisticated bar lounge and suave rooftop, perfectly suited for the after dinner aperitif. Enjoyed!

This is an absolutely stunning rooftop bar. The moment the elevator doors open you are instantly greeted with exceptional service and an aesthetically pleasing view. Well looked after interior and exterior providing guests with a superior experience, I definitely will be staying at the Mayfair hotel again to experience this once more!

A beautiful Rooftop Bar/Lounge Bar with the great views of Rundle Mall and King St. Great selection of your regular staples and cocktails. Great for get together with friends or a special occasion.

Recommended by friend, was let down. Firstly there's a dress code of no hats (stylish or otherwise).
Drinks are good, but pricey, staff are reasonably attentive given how busy the bar was.
But the place was overcrowded, barely room to move between sections, and even we one could there was no seating.
Could be a great place (although I'd barely call it a rooftop, 80% of the space is enclosed in rooms),the lack of moderating patrons let's it down.

Probably the most high class bar in Adelaide. Small though, so it's not very spacious, but the views are incredible and if you're outside on a summer night and there's a gentle breeze it's amazing. I've had cocktails there and they're pretty good. There's no gold plating on the walls or anything like that, but the decor is quite well done and it's location at the top of a boutique hotel is a killer combination.
