Very pleased with the attention and time spent with the MD's and staff.
Have been a patient here for sometime and find them always willing to help. Good outfit.

if a person has cancer they help you stay comfortable dealing with the pain, but when a person has other blood problems, like clots in the legs and a filter that has been clogged and fractured in three places and they dont know how to remove it and it creates so much pain, they wont help! Find another place that shows a little more compassion for people.

I see DR Kim for appendix cancer. He is amazing at communicating with my specialist down in San Diego. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and caring.

This is the one Dr. that I love and owe my life too. Dr. Poisson was amazing, friendly and always made me feel special. Their office took such good care of me and I m overdue to see him. I m almost at my 5 yr point so God willing, I ll be cancer free really soon! I cannot begin to say enough about this group of Oncologist s, the staff, the people who did my Chemo, the people that drew my blood, to the receptionists the support we got and of course, GEORGE!!! George helped me so much from day one and helped me get thru all of the fear and anxiety I had. God bless everyone in Medford and Grants Pass for helping me to make it thru stage 3 breast cancer. So thankful and grateful! You re all the best, THANK YOU!!!!!

My wife saw Erin Nelli, DO this morning. She did not even introduce herself when she entered the room, the started asking question that she should have known and blamed the referring doctor for not contacting her or providing all the information. The was very impersonal and gave the impression she did not care. We do not want to see nelli again.

Nice initial visit with Dr Rizvi. Very personable and friendly.

My mother was treated for pancreatic and lung cancer for almost a two year period. Dr. Savage and the staff at Hematology Oncology Associates provided her with exceptional palliative care, and gave us more time than expected to spend together. Dr. Savage and her team stayed on top of issues that came up - dealing with them within hours, not days. Whether my Mom was in the office for a check-up with labs, or receiving chemotherapy, there was no time where she did not receive warm, caring, and professional treatment. The front office staff was always helpful both in person and on the phone, and at no time did my mother or our family ever feel a lack of confidence in this medical group or Dr. Savage.

I have nothing but praise for everyone at this establishment. From the minute you walk in the door you see only happy, kind helpers everywhere. You are treated as royalty by these people. If you have any problem at all or you need anything these people will not let you down. Even if you are not directly involved with someone in the center; they are still polite, and extremely kind an undeniably helpful. I am forever grateful for the near miracles these people administer to their patients. Dr.Nadia Kholodnaya is absolutely wonderful and alongside her knowledge and skill she possesses the best 'bedside manner'. I will always appreciate and remain thankful for the care I am given. Thank you all who helped me feel so much better than I had in decades! Only the highest praise for all who work so hard for so many!

If your healthy your good! If your not well...they seem to be more worried about the bottom line, then treating patients courteous and comfortably. Average-par work from a superior facility....
