The staff here is great! I bought a nice set of earrings and had to bring them back when one of the posts broke in half. The manager was very nice and replaced them with no fuss.

I went in to ask a random question and LUCY went above and beyond to be helpful. She answered everything to the best of her knowledge and even cleaned my ring as a courtesy.... great customer service and I'll be back for my next jewelry purchase.

My total experience at Helzberg Diamonds at the Legends is totally positive. Everyone that works there is polite professional and courteous. They help me find the perfect gift for my ex wife for her birthday. I know that she's going to love it, because I had the best people helping me to select a gift.

Customer service is KEY! I had a client that purchased a bracelet from another store that was too small on his wedding day. And Tom, the store manager took an extended amount of time to help educate me so I could help my client. Tom didn't have to help but he did! Today he gained a customer in me and my client. Thank you Tom!!!

*DEREK WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!* He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all very personable. His ability to listen and his attention to detail allowed him to showcase a wide variety of pieces and make suggestions that custom fit both my style and my needs (all of which I fell in love with btw.) And he did so without ever coming off pushy whatsoever or using high pressure sales tactics. In fact, I was SO pleased with his customer service skills that I would advise anyone and everyone who's shopping for beautiful diamond or fine jewelry while you are in the Legends to stop in and ask for him by name!

Lindsey, my sales associate, was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the product(s); she even suggested the best way to wear/test ring swelling. I would recommend this jewelry store for a low pressure sales environment and great costumer service experience.
