Customer service is KEY! I had a client that purchased a bracelet from another store that was too small on his wedding day. And Tom, the store manager took an extended amount of time to help educate me so I could help my client. Tom didn't have to help but he did! Today he gained a customer in me and my client. Thank you Tom!!!
