Since living in my house for the past 2 years, I have had an absolute nightmare with Helena. Over a year for repairs to be dealt with. You call, leave messages with staff and nobody returns your calls. Diabolical organisation
Ordered a tyre at 9 oclock price was competative took my car in at 12.30 tyre was fitted paid my money and away in fifteen mins.
Great staff especially the girls on the front desk (jayne and wendy) just not sure about fiona, as she always keeps telling me off. other than that very helpful and delightful staff to have looking after you.

Would never recommend being housed by these people absolutely disgusting how they treat tenants especially ones who are victimised and intimidated( rather be homeless) money making business there ethics and principles are very shrewd no support for tenants with any kind of problems. False advertising our house is your home mmm ok until you have a issue and they don't want too know avoid like the plague!!
Trying to find my tenancy reference number was nigh impossible .For a very important repair, which I was told to do myself!!! As an almost 60 year old single woman ,I was supposed to fix my back garden fence ,which had broken, along with the posts !!!! Ridiculous, this is very dangerous, as I have grandchildren and next door( who are pensioners have a dangerous dog, it is extremely dangerous, and you wont help, I am going to ,the sthelens ste reporter, my councillor, everyone and anyone who will listen. This needs sorting NOW, not when someone gets hurt !!! Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting company. I have lived in my property nearly 40 years and they say I'm not a tenant nor have rights. They came round to change tenancy and put my mum on who they knew had dementia and when she passed said I have no rights. And if you deal with Gill Ellis it's lie after lie
