My office has worked with The Heirloom Companies on several jobs with a few of our clients and they have consistently created beautiful pieces. We worked specifically on kitchen jobs with them where they made custom range hoods that were exquisite. Everything was done in a timely manner and the clients were all thoroughly pleased with the results.
I went out to place an order. The place was impressive. the man I spoke to was very nice and indicated they would and could do the work. He was to get back to me but did not and after not hearing I dropped by. The man I had spoken to was sick with a cold but in the bldg but another man came out and said my order was too small and they wouldn't do it. They do great work from what I see but seriously need better communications and service recovery.
They are the most amazing people to work with! Everyone was prompt, friendly, and professional. Our staircase is beautiful and exactly what we asked for and we could not have had a more pleasant experience. We are so very fortunate to have craftsmen of this caliber in our area!
