The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and honest. They kept me up to date on the entire process of the repair. From the outside area i kind of expected a sketchy office with computer parts laying around disorganized like at a pawn shop. But the Inside of the building was very clean, organized, and stylish. The best part to this experience was that i was charged much less than I expected with all the work they did for me. If i have any other computer issues i will come here again.

Took my sons iPhone8 Plus in to have the screen replaced. Outstanding customer service that you cannot find these days. The phone looked perfect and the turn around was quick! Highly recommend Computer Techs!

They did a really great job researching what was wrong with my computer and taking the time to fix it. It took a lot of hours to get it fixed based on the nature of the problem but it was very cheap for what they did. I m so happy they fixed the problem and my computer is running perfectly!

I went in to get my computer files and system cleaned up and sent back to factory. Only because the system itself wouldn't let me reset the computer.

I even got my computer back the same day and it was cleaned up. Not just on the system but, also on the outside of the computer. Very good attitude, atmosphere, and just professional. If I need something done to a computer, phone, or anything elelctronical in general. This place will be my first choice.

We thought it would be a PC disaster.. They calmed our nerves, and got busy. Had a Answer the next day and we had missed a step in setup .... Didn't charge us a dime. Good hard working folks... Thanks Guys

I first heard about y all through my sister who had her camera replaced. We we re both impressed and there was no question on who I wanted to go to to get my phone fixed! Thank you, it s wonderful, great work, quicker than the time I was quoted, and very knowledgeable. You won t find anyone better!!

My computer had froze up. It wouldn t go further than the opening page. I took it here and the young man who helped me was super nice. He did a cold reset. He didn t charge me. It works great now. I would highly recommend them

Have to have laptops repaired. Seems to be a friendly group. Clean building. They seem to be up to par . They are a truthful group. Our lap top had a switch on the side we didn't know about . They told us that the switch was the problem. And told us to come get it and did not charge . So I would suggest them . We knew nothing about the switch . They are definitely honest .

Friendly and so helpful! I feel put of my element with tech issues but they took care of our computers quickly, and for a very fair price. I won't be using anyone but them from now on.

Amazing guest services, went out of their way and above and beyond to repair my iPhone 8 Plus. Also Lane, was able to retrieve and recover all of my information and photos after I cracked my iPhone. When i cracked my iPhone I disabled it (not intentionally) Lane was able to reset my iPhone and recover EVERYTHING for me all at a reasonable cost! Great team of guys working at Computer Repair service in Durant, Ok!

I took my desktop in thinking that I had a problem connecting with the internet. They did a complete check on it and found nothing wrong and didn't charge for the service. Great attitude with the guy at the desk and was very helpful in helping me and seemed knowledgeable in his answers to my questions. Certainly would recommend Computer Techs.

When my phone got water damage the guys in there got all of the water out and got rid of almost all corrosion I also received a body glove phone case and a pop socket free of charge with my service! They were Extremely helpful and I had it ready to go after only an hour I would recommend this place to anyone having phone difficulties!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Computer Techs today! Went in and was greeted very politely by Lane who not only fixed my phone but also was able to help me save money! Computer Techs deserve a double 5 star review if, I could give them one I would. I thought my hard drive had crashed, and after bringing it in and the guy at the counter checked it out, found out there was nothing wrong after taking the drive out and checking it. I was very impressed as they repair computers and cell phones at their location. They could have taken advantage of the situation easily, but didn't and did the right thing. More businesses should follow their lead. This wasn't the first time I used them either. So if you are having problems with your computer or cell phone take it to Computer Techs in Durant.

Lane and everyone at Computer Techs are wonderful! They've helped me several times over the course of the last few months fixing multiple phones. Their service is fast, prices are very competitive and the experience has been great every time. They make sure and let you know exactly what's happening with your device and how to protect/secure it properly moving forwards. My grandma's iPhone is her lifeline and she's had multiple issues with her phone. Knowing that they can fix it in a timely manner and get it back to her is a load off of her mind and ours as well. Any and all tech needs I have in the future I will definitely be coming back to Computer Techs.

I took them a 6th gen iPad with digitizer problems. They were courteous and professional. They also kept me apprised of the repair process.

I went to these guys because i spilled tea on my pc! They were super responsive very communicative and were always letting know what they were about to do! i would recommend these guys any day of the week! 10 out of 10

I called and set an appointment and got $10 off for scheduling it. I was attacked by a group of about 8 or so little people for accidentally asking one of them where his parents were and in the process my phone was absolutely shattered and my screen was unresponsive so I called these wizards and the next thing I know I got an appointment to have it fixed. I dropped it off and by the time I could hop across the road and mourn the loss our towns most nostalgic restaurant (branding iron) and get back over there it was fully charged and the screen was brand new. My guy behind the counter was super nice and in his tender caring eyes, I could tell that he was gonna satisfy my needs. And needless to say he did satisfy me.....All BS aside I was thoroughly impressed but the affordability and efficiency of the local business I rate it a 10/10

We went to Computer Techs today to get my Daughter's iPhone 7 battery replaced. They were friendly, affordable, and had it ready in 45 minutes. We also told him about how the charger kept falling out and he cleaned it in a nano second and the phone works excellent now! They have screen protectors, cases, and pop sockets so we got her all set up with her new hand me down phone. She didn't want the phone at first but after getting it fixed up here she now loves it!!!

Lance did a fantastic job in helping with my latest MacBook issue - and helped me figure out how to use some features I didn t even know about. Drove in from Texas on recommendation from a friend to see what could be salvaged on my son s IPhone 7 S. Lane was excellent in his customer service. He opened it up and found missing hardware from when a previous and DIFFERENT repair service had been into it. He replaced shattered screen and protector plus thoroughly went over the inside components. After that he diagnostically retested it to make sure it was in great working condition. Complete visit took less than an hour and I was treated to FREE coffee and great music in a comfortable waiting area.
I highly recommend Computer Techs for smartphone repair. I give 5 stars

Excellent customer service, professional, and friendly. The diagnosis process for my laptop was rigorous and far exceeded my expectations or even what I would ask from a free diagnosis and I'm very thankful for that. I had determined from my own studies that my issue was likely irreparable, I believed the wifi card was damaged or the motherboard itself, it turns out the motherboard was indeed irreparable and that the laptops manufacturer (Dell) was at fault. Overall this repair shop is one I will recommend to anyone as they did all excellent job!
