I had called another repair business before CTechs and they actually tried to talk me out of getting my laptop fixed before even looking at it. Loved Lane's optimistic attitude and free estimate. I have a $600 laptop that only cost $89 to repair. They kept me informed all the way, did some easy program clean up at no cost, and returned it to me shiney clean and as good as new. Excellent service and price!
