The masks I received a week are poorly made. The price you charge for these poorly made masks are unacceptable and unacceptable to be given as donations, especially to front line works. Definitely not the same as shown on your website.
Honestly, if you are not going to make a quality product, especially at that price point, do not make it. Quality over quantity.
Hedley and Bennett is one of my favorite brands and Ellen Bennett is such an inspiration to the culinary world, I love her values, her mission and how hard she has worked to create the BEST aprons in the world. As a pastry Chef I wear my 13 aprons proudly and loudly! All my students and clients love them. The staff and products are top quality and I love the customer experience. I really admire you guys! Keep rocking it! And go get an apron.
I ordered masks from Hedley & Bennett. I discourage anybody fro supporting this SCAM company. Purchased 4 masks for my family and when they came in they are pathetic, BAD QUALITY, looks very different in material fro what you see in their site and also they are MADE IN COLOMBIA. Whe are trying to help local economy and we end up with pure TRASH masks made in a possible sweatshop. By the way each mask is over 20 USD.

I have read the few most recent reviews in regards to the Wake Up & Fight mask. As consumers it is our responsibility to research a product and/or the company offering a product.
I myself was very aware of this Company's main business prior to Covid. In my opinion I believe that the material used, the style and color options... And the quality is better than other masks that have now flooded the market. The design, to be able to add an extra layer of another filtered material in the inner pocket, creates more protection.
All in all, we are all entitled to our opinions. I myself, do plan to order additional masks for family members.

Their MASKS ARE USELESS.
I purchased a pack of 3 with money I DON T HAVE & they are HUGE. They are TOTALLY USELESS and CANT EVEN BE WORN.
They are POORLY MADE TOO.
Ordered an apron online on July 4. On July 11, I received an apron in a different colour than what was ordered.
A phone call and email, came with a promise that the correct one shipped out on July 12th. Not according to UPS tracking number they gave me.
Quite disappointing, as I needed this for an event. Hope it gets delivered this week or I'll cancel.
I stumbled upon Hedley & Bennett while looking for a high-quality apron to gift. My order was messy, but I was in constant contact with customer service (specifically Raymond) who took wonderful care of my needs. He was incredibly responsive, and I haven't been disappointed. This is a quality brand with quality products. I'm happy to support H&B, and I know that the recipient of this apron will be just as happy. Looking forward to all of the products we try in the future!

I had the pleasure to actually go toand it was a pleasure to see all the great things in person instead of seeing them online or in a magazine. A little pricey but it's well. Very nice people great atmosphere. If you have the time to venture into Vernon please do so.
