Heartland regional medical ctr Review

I have to get blood drawn at Heartland and usually after hours due to my schedule and insurance. Staff are always so professional and friendly. A special shout-out tonight to Zach in registration and Julie the nurse who took my blood. Thank you both for all you do during these difficult times. As a teacher I can relate to your hard work for minimal pay. Our society needs to start recognizing those like you who sacrifice to make life better for the rest of us!!

Horrible experience, the two times I ve been there. Put me through unnecessary testing and then billed me a huge bill. I talked with the same lady FOUR times about these bills. Finally paid it off, only to be sent ANOTHER bill. Called her back, asking why I m receiving another bill- when she just told me I was debt free from them. She told me not to worry about it, she will write it off. Had to call the same lady AGAIN, since I was getting nonstop phone calls from the hospital regarding this bill. She told me to ignore them, it takes awhile for bills to drop off ones account. I said are you sure?? She said yes and reassured me, so I listened. Only to get a final statement in the mail, that they re going to send me to collections if I don t pay it ASAP. Ridiculous. Not only did the hospital do nothing for me and put me through ridiculous test but they completely steered me in the wrong direction and almost screwed my credit up. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a procedure today in the Same Day Surgery department and it was a great experience. I was a little anxious about my procedure and my nurses were all top notch. They all made me feel comfortable and lessened this anxiety. Special shout outs to Katie, Ann, Lana, Deb and (of course), Dr. Hamdani.

Great experience! Awesome staff, they were caring, kind and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better team.
The nervousness of being in a new hospital and having such a surgery as an amputation had me feeling uncertain and from the very get-go they put me at ease

Just had a procedure done here at the hospital, and of course as everyone usually is I was nervous about it, but I have to say it was not a bad experience at all, the nurses and the rest of the staff make you feel calm and they were very respectful of all I had to do and get done. Everything just seemed to run very smoothly and was all over quickly but not in a rushed way. The staff made sure I had all the information I needed and explained anything I did not understand.Very caring and sweet .I would recommend this hospital to anyone who needs it.

Why was treated very well while I was there this time. I've had some different experiences but this time was a good time on. It's been almost 4 days there but it wasn't terrible. They took care of me very well this time

I just had a nuclear stress test and it was 5 star service!!! I was not at all concerned about the test. But I knew I would just freeze for several hours. They brought me heated blankets! Even covered my arms above my head! The coffee was waiting for my the instant I could have it. They explained every step down to the minute. They updated me on how many minutes were left to go.
FABULOUS!!! GREAT JOB TEAM!

I was in the ER with my friend and saw how busy they were but they were so kind to him . Dr HIndi was cool. and the nurse ?Kathy kept us informed the whole time. I would come here if I had an emergency.

My wife is currently staying at Heartland and the staff are wonderful. The nurses on the floor are great. She was here a few weeks ago and just a couple of days ago in the E.R. The staff at this hospital have definitely upped their game. All of our experiences here so far have been great. I would also like to note the cafe is open to the public again. The food in the cafe has been awesome. The staff definitely take pride in their food. The food service worker Stephanie has been great on the floor and my wife said her food is just as tasty as the cafe. Good job everyone!!! Update today I went down to the cafe for lunch and chef was there. Wow!!!! great food prepared right in front of you. Today was a shrimp or chicken pasta in a cream sauce with fresh veggies. Outstanding meal and the best part it is only $6.50 with tax and it is packaged to go. So if you are on your lunch break don t write them off! I will stop by here for lunch more often!

I had a same day procedure on 9-14-21,at Heartland Regional Medical Center. I wanted to give a shout out to all involved from the time I arrived 1st thing in the morning ,Susan at the Registration desk was very friendly, kind and professional.
Stacey,Jennifer,Megan, Dr.Katie was very kind ,caring and professional preparing me for my procedure and then caring for me afterwards.
Dr. De Mattei, Lynn and the other members in the procedure room was kind ,caring and professional. I want to thank each of you for caring for me the way you all did .I really appreciate each of you.May God bless and keep you and your families safe and well..
