Try to avoid this place if at all possible they are very slow I've been waiting to get unloaded for an hour and 18 minutes now I've watched them put their trailers at the dock continuously while I'm waiting to unload no truck parking anywhere around here but they want their stuff on time don't be late but nowhere for trucks to park
Been in business with them since the 50s, now can't get anyone to resolve any issues with machines. Phone service is joke. Always contacting you back in 24 to 48 hours. Been 3 months. District rep wont answer phone or return calls. Guess Pepsi wants our business they have lost almost every customer in our town

We have reached out the past couple of weeks and our order still never showed up. Called and they said they canceled it because they were "short staffed". They added our order back and never showed up for delivery day again two days ago. I guess Heartland doesn't care if businesses get the products they have ordered to keep the doors open. The customer service experience has been awful.
Customer service is always super friendly and helpful! But I cannot say enough awesome things about their maintenance staff! James and Steve are so fast, knowledgeable, kind and friendly! Keep up the great work guys!

No parking for truck drivers. They want there freight on time but don't want you to park there
They always send bottles to us that expire less than a month out. Complained about it and they fix it maybe once or twice then they start sending soon to be expiring ones again. We will not be using Coca Cola in the future.
