We have reached out the past couple of weeks and our order still never showed up. Called and they said they canceled it because they were "short staffed". They added our order back and never showed up for delivery day again two days ago. I guess Heartland doesn't care if businesses get the products they have ordered to keep the doors open. The customer service experience has been awful.
