Realtor is very rude and the inspection crew makes a hell of a mess in the house. They even step on your beds and pillows with their shoes on, take clothes out of a washer and leave them , dirt from their shoes all through the house, pull the refrigerator out from the wall and leave it. Very disrespectful crew. Made sure the house was clean before they came had to stay away 3 plus hours while they were there then come home and clean the house again , because of the messes they left. Plus they left the door unlocked. I do not recommend them at all.

They are the most honest people you will ever meet and will go above and beyond to help anyone there not just about the money they want you to be happy and comfortable with your choice you make not at all pushy and never treat you like your nobody super great people

This was my 1st time buying property. If Don Berry is the catalyst of how every realtor does business then I will have very hi expectations if I deal with someone else. He is very prompt and professional. Went above and beyond to help me with what I wanted. He helped sit up everything with the closing as well as contacting the soil scientist. I'll admit I'm not the easiest client and I'm very green when it comes to the process but Don answered everyone of my questions no matter how irrelevant they might have been. I would recommend using Hearth & Home Realty in the future.
