Poor quality and return policy are the worst. 15 days only a store credit. I have purchased many items and shopped here and several locations and more than 3 times have encountered small holes in tops after washing on gentle with woolite. They refuse refund/ exchanges. 3:strikes ur out Heartbreaker!

I loved heartbreaker. 1/2 my closet from high school and college I bought there. So sad there is only one store! It was my go-to. It always had basics, good jeans if you want them, and trendy things, too. Shoes didn t last very long but they were cheap and cute and updated frequently.
Several years ago my girlfriend was racially profiled here. We were all in the store at once and she was the only one bothered. Something that she would only tell us now that the world has changed. Disappointed to hear about this and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
Fun clothing and accessories store. Geared mostly for teens but I enjoy it too.
the clothes are cute but me and my friend left a few things on the floor of the fitting room and one lady who worked there told us we did and we apologized then she kept yelling at us telling us to never come back even after we apologized.
Hated it, got a flannel shirt, and three buttons were missing and 2 buttons fell off after washing it on delicate.. Never shopping here again

The store has been around forever. I was recently there after not having visited in years. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like doors on the dressing rooms but other than that it is a fun spot for spring and summer.
