The facility was perfect and helped me in my greatest time of need.
Some will say they are unfair, but trust me they are not.
The staff worked unheard of hours, but were always nothing but kind to me.
The food was much much better than I expected and as long you go with the flow you will select what you eat from a well balanced and quite tasty menu. Sometimes letting the chef decide is a bonus. Regardless snacks are served throughout the day and your medication is well managed. The bed I thought would be uncomfortable by first glance but in actuality I slept better there than at home. The craft groups are awesome, as was beach volleyball. The other patients were friendly and hardly was anyone trying to start a real problem. Kindness works every time. The other groups were constructive and when you participated they taught you much i still am following my schedule. Dr. Rao was my doctor and Rene, Amber, actually everyone helped me so I thank all techs, Dan the Man, and all counselors *:-)Love For helping. This is a facility you want to go to. Its clean, sometimes fun, and certainly beneficial. I'd recommend it to anyone. Don't fight recovery, take it in fully and you will see what I mean. Thanks White Pine. I'll never forget what you did for me. I'd say if I had problem I'd...but then again the purpose of recovery is to hope for no relapses. Love you all, Tia P

My father was in health source for over 5months. They told me that he was never getting out. They wanted and pushed me to get guardianship. And just before my lawyer wanted me to sell his house I asked for documentation. As soon as I asked for that they released him. They told me that they couldn't say that he doesn't have dementia. Now it's my responsibility to take him to the doctor's and spend more time and money to have his doctor take him off dementia or put him somewhere else. Plus they knew that I was driving him 4hrs away and they let him leave without meds and he's a diabetic. And he has va insurance which they could've sent his meds there. Plus no doctors appointment made inaadvace. I don't understand how they can just let someone leave without having meds or a doctor appointment. Plus either they should have

Amazing facility that was so kind and caring, helping my dad after his stroke. The nurses and Dr. Duffy are wonderful and are sure to keep family informed of all progress. Thank you for everything you did/doing for my dad!!

I'm very upset with the releasing of my dad. They sent him home with no doctors appointment or meds. I took him 4hrours away and they forgot to give me his 2 day supply of meds. And they said that he didn't have any med insurance to cover his meds. Plus the minute I ask why he's in there and documentation for his dementia all of a sudden he's fine to leave but they won't right anything on paper saying he doesn't have dementia. Plus they made me feel like a awful person if I didn't become his guardian. My lawyer should've advised against it. All I am saying is that they released a man who was supposed to have dementia on to family they don't care who has the responsibility as long as it's not them. They should've kept him until they had proper documentation. So if they say your loved ones have something push for test until you get the right answers

Wonderful inpatient medical rehabilitation team! Very caring staff - they treat patients as family. Therapists are great and create individualized care plan to help each & every person! Definitely recommend and would have my own family go there!

Intake and discharge staff were rude. Their "Hospital policies" change depending on who you are talking to at the moment. Drs. said it was better for her to go home instead of staying because she got worse in their hospital. About 14 expensive days only to come home worse than she went in. I will say Dr. Schwager was a good Dr. And communicated with us parents very well and could tell he really cared, not sure about everyone else. Takes a whole team to help make changes not just one Dr.! I think they all need to get on the same page to help these children. If you are miserable at your job then maybe behavioral health isn't for you. It's not just a paycheck when it comes to our youth!! Kids pick up on everything, they know when someone truly wants to help them and cares about them. I know sometimes it can be a thankless job just like parenting but those people who really care are out there finding them is the hard part. The kids today need help now more than ever and it's only going to get more needed as time has made that apparent, look around you will see.

I have been very impressed with the staff and the care they are taking with my grandmother. We have been able to visit her safely through the window. Thank you Staff for loving my grandma!!

My father was in HealthSource for rehab, having Parkinson's and Lewy Body Dementia. Because if pandemic unable to visit. He unfortunately, did not have a window room. So instead of keeping one window room available for for families to visit, they only allowed visits in a hallway, with no opening windows. I had to yell, hoping he heard me, but he kept trying to get out of wheelchair(was a door) and get to me. So had to call them to get him. When I picked him up, he had pressure sores, that no one ever told me about. Very little info given. One therapist, his speech therapist, went above and beyond calling me. Was extremely dissatisfied, disappointed, and expected more.

My son is currently there and you can't ever talk on the phone all you get is I'm sorry call back in ten minutes or would you like me to have him call you, never do they have him call nor when I call back do I get to talk to him the phones are always taken! Bad enough you can't see your child let alone to not be able to talk to him! I would give 0 stars but that's not a option.

The information on my wrist band didn't match the room I was in. I am vegan. I requested chef salads with no animal products for the last week of treatment and was denied (malnourished) the entire week and was missing a meal everyday that week. I recieved food that had small bits of dead chicken in my vegan salad. One of my last days in treatment there was a pizza party. My food was not what I ordered (happen more than once) and had to wait for them to bring me something from the kitchen. The a lady. (Who eventually did my discharge) brought me imatation chicken that she said was vegan. I denied becuase she said I couldnt see the box of the product from the kitchen. After I denied the imitation chicken 30 minutes passed and the staff brought chicken and fries to the patients after they already ate their pizzas an hour before. If imtation chicken is apart of the kitchen then why wasnt it on the menu. Also the silk (almond milk) wasnt on the menu. I couldnt eat any of my canned fruit options due to being possibly contaminated with sugar that is usually filtered thru bone char. If you have imitation products like the "chicken" i was offered then why isnt it on the menu?
