Not too nice staff, nothing to do for preteens-teens

Clean. Solidly equipped in the floor. Beautiful, well maintained pool. Lots of exercise glass choices with knowledgeable instructors. Locker rooms are kept clean and usually there are plenty of towels.

Best Gym I've ever been to. Great for families, fair pricing for all the services that are included. Some of the most responsive customer service I've seen. Keep up the good work.

I attended a high school activity night here. The students enjoyed the pool and courts. As far as Heslthquest as a gym, they have all types of without programs bi would definitely consider this.

Couldn't be happier with the staff and newly renovated facility!

I went to the HealthQuest weight room the first time since they reopened from the Covid 19 Lockdown. Not only was I glad the staff kept wiping everything down but I was impressed that all people training made sure they wiped down the equipment after each use. I want to take this time to thank the attendant who came out of his office area to check on me after I fell, thankfully I wasn t hurt. I feel very safe training at HealthQuest again and glad it has reopened.

One of the if not the best gym to be a member of. The open floor gym has any piece of equipment you could imagine, a bench is almost always open, and the other members are beyond friendly. Beginning lifting I was easily intimidated by the huge guys that reigned a foot over me, but after some time I came to realize that everyone there is incredibly nice and always up to offer help or advice, even the huge guys. Wouldn't recommend any other gym.

Top of the line fitness club... If you can afford it without taking out a second mortgage on your house

I visited the outdoor pool as guest of member. Big pool, gradual entry varied depths. Sprinklers and big slide for the kids. Nice towels available.

Great menu selection and in total the gym is overall clean .

Signed up for a month while visiting family and we go almost everyday. There's something for everyone and it's easy to spend the whole day going from class to class with a little time at the pool or the sauna (or both) in-between. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. They push you to do your best but are at the same time very accommodating to those of us who have to modify our workout.

Love the place. Fantastic facility, equipment, and staff. Something for everyone!

Superb facilities and staff with options for everyone in the family. I enjoy how pristine and polished everything looks. There are always people cleaning every corner of the gym, which is an important aspect that I hadn't seen as much in other gyms.

I was humiliated and insulted by the manager for resting in the adult only quit lounge. I was told I couldnt close my eyes but she didnt know why. It was very insulting.

I went to health quest because I liked Zumba and Hip Hop.. unfortunately the price is way out of my budget.... wish they could offer cheaper services for just dance classes and not all the other stuff. Love the atmosphere. If your seeking for everything imaginable and almost like a safe heaven paradise, then this is the place for you.. God bless those who can afford it and seek all the opportunities. Ask for Chesna, she is a sweetheart.
For now, this place will be put on my wishlist and stored away with the others..

An all-around great club. They're not perfect, but they listen to their members and are seriously trying to do the right thing.

Renovated huge health club. Great trainers and vibe.

Only thing more pretentious and arrogant than the members is management.

Everything here you'd need. Pilates studio is first rate and place where your kids can stay while you work out.

Best fitness center around. The staff here are incredibly friendly. Everything is very clean, from the locker rooms to the gym equipment, it's all very well maintained. They really have everything here. I mainly go for the gym, but the saunas are great to have, and I enjoy a swim every once in a while at the indoor pool. The gym is great, it's very big and has everything you could ask for. They have ample weights, dumbbells, bars, benches and machines. Definitely worth getting a membership

Our whole family loves Healthquest! Staff are so wonderful, gym is always clean, rarely crowded. Plenty of equipment and classes for all! The women who work in the childcare room are wonderful. We cant wait until KidsNightOut starts up again. Never change HQ! We love you!

Top of the line facility and staff. Only complaint is the cost of membership.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff and a great place during the inevitable weather emergencies. Member since it opened, have enjoyed all aspects of the club for ourselves & our kids.

Everything about this facility is amazing.. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, enthusiastic and motivational. As a mother of 5 young children i could not be more delighted to have found HealthQuest.. Not only are there TONS of classes for me, but my kids will be starting gymnastics & dance which is included in our membership. ( in addition to 2hrs of childcare per day) the monkey maze room is an indoor playroom where we can spend unlimited time together- i can honestly say i think its the best jungle gym we have ever found.. Once they turn 5 they begin martial arts! The pool is fantastic.. The ladies locker room feels like a little retreat for me with a sauna & aromatherapy steamroom. I love everything about this place

I love this health spa! They offer every kind of fitness classes including Spin, Body Pump, Body Flow, YOGA and Zumba, Body Attack and Urban Attitude! They also provide all of the latest workout equipment. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the Ladies locker Room is very clean and generous! I often use the Cafe because it offers great coffee, tea, bagels, omelets, parfaits, great smoothies and healthy juices.

I highly recommend it!

I want to take a couple minutes to shout out Julia and Ted. I worked with both of them upon signing up with HQ and they made a wonderful first impression on me, and made integrating into a new gym easy. Thank you for all your help!

A great gym for young families. It is pricy but has state of the art equipment and great locker room (sauna and steam room) to accommodate all its members

Hands down the best overall gym in the ares for adults (and children). Lots of classes - no excuses. Open almost every day, all day. Outdoor pool area needs some improvement. And a rock climbing wall would be great too.

Well maintained facility. Staff and Instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.

It's a gym but also offers so much more. They have a proper cafe and an lounge area just to sit and relax. The locker rooms also offer so much more, including hair dryers and toiletries. It's one of the few places with a towel service. How convenient! It's also an excellent facility for families. They offer Kidszone as part of the family membership and after school home work help for kids, while you work out! They have teams for the various kid classes that actually compete. They Also have indoor pool, an outdoor pool for Swim Club members during the warm months and an indoor track. This track has morning hours for baby strollers. It feels almost like a country club.

Nice facilities. Childcare is a nice perk for parents.

Excelent gym. Very clean and the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. They offer different fitness classes and the pool is top notch. Not cheap, but very complete.

Amazing gym, trainers and classes are great. Customer service is also great. Brandon helped me set up personal training over the phone and was a huge help

The best gym I have ever belonged to! Yes, it is expensive, much more than other gyms that are "judge free zones", but this is a classic case of you-get-what-you-pay-for. I have tried a couple others in the area, but none compare. The fitness area is huge and they have enough equipment for you almost never have to wait to use even when it's busy. The locker rooms are extremely clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

Healthquest is an awesome place for fitness but is so child friendly! They have a multitude of programs in place that keep your children entertained and active. Cost effective and extremely friendly staff.

Great equipment and hours, but, unfortunately, the facility does not enforce their mask policy in its fitness areas. I have been trying out membership for a month, and I feel unsafe using the gym during the pandemic due to 50% or more of facility users not masking properly, or having their masks completely off during their workouts, and not maintaining proper distancing from other facility users.

Elijah Lynn's review is outdated and should be disregarded. I have been going to Health Quest for a couple years now and everyone in the fitness center is doing their best. There are many attending regulars. Yes there are Mother's who chat up the upstairs lounge but that is because they have all done their classes worked all week and their kids are all still doing gymnastics or karate. It also could be because of the excellent soup specials, sandwiches, and gourmet protein shakes. Health Quest's Trainers are some of the most fit people out there and they know what they are talking about when it comes to getting fit, swole, or even physical therapy. HQ is newly renovated.

We were founding members. Enjoyed overnight stays with our church youth group.

Everything's excellent here but they like to throw a added hidden Charge at the end of the December

Great facility and great people. Just wish the video screens on the bikes and treadmills had more apps, games and internet connectivity

Updated, very clean and well maintained facility. Staff very friendly and helpful. I have 5 kids and pay around $200 month for everyone which includes plenty of great classes that my wife takes regularly. They have a spa, indoor pool which is included with membership, outdoor pool is extra, supplement store, healthy food area, gymnastics, basketball courts and an indoor track (1/10 mile). May seem a little pricey at first but when you consider the classes, it's worth the money if you use them. When we joined about 3 years ago they had a neck machine that no other gym in the area had and this machine helped me overcome some major neck and back problems that I suffered from for decades. Problem for me is they got rid of this machine without replacement and now I am once again suffering. It was the only machine in the gym which focused on neck. I've brought this up to Management 3 times over the last year but nothing. The other thing that bothers me is their billing system. Better check your credit card charges each month because the online (paperless) system doesn't always reconcile with the charges I receive on my Amex. Management is quick to adjust but it always seems to be a game of catchup and we've found multiple errors over over 3 years of membership.

Great gym, large selection of machines and weights. Besides that the locker rooms have an awesome sauna and are spotless.

I pass 3 other gym facilities to get to this one. I mainly chose this one because of what they offer for kids, lots of activities all included in membership. Staff is friendly and helpful, no complaints at all.
