I work here and so far its a nice job with great pay and insurance as long as you need it.

I was hired directly by HPS as a processor.This company is very unorganized and even more unethical. They send you thru 2 weeks of training which does you no good once its time to actually perform the job. The leadership is horrible. The human resources department is no good to the employees. They allow any and everything. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone whose serious about a career. This place is only good for a get me by.

Telephone representatives are in need of customer service training. When asking the name of the telephone representative(s) when making inquiry regarding your account, it appears that they become intimidated and antagonistic. If the employees are not comfortable with providing their names provide the telephone representatives with ID numbers.

As an insurance agent, i think the agent there was knowledgeable

I had a poor experience at a placement but none at the facility. I wish they actually did something more about it other than that I have no issue with the facility its clean the people are nice and there is nothing to guess its crisp and clear how they operate.

Many messages left no reply call in no answer. Can not reach anyone.

One of the most unorganized and mismanaged healthcare companies in the business. They promote hypocrisy rather knowledge and talent. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MANY REASONS.
