apart from reading the complaints, no follow-up given and yet it is serious not to take into account the health problems, it is their job however ????

5 stars for the telephone reception and for having made the relay with the competent departmental service which intervened recently for concerns of water infiltration = visit of a lady in the presence of the person in charge of the works of my social landlord to note the damage caused by these infiltrations.
When the dialogue between the tenant and his social landlord is "impossible" I advise to involve the ARS. It puts a little pressure ... THANK YOU ...

Being positive for covid, I particularly appreciate the regular calls from the ARS to get news on my state of health and to answer all my questions. Thank you ladies and gentlemen!

Unable to force a laboratory that of beguey to do a Covid test, asks me through my general practitioner to do it. What is the ARS for ..... ???????
