I went through the process of getting an out of network variance for a specialist I needed to see for a specific medical issue. They never paid the provider and I have been fighting with them for over 6 months. I have left messages, written letters, jumped through every hoop that was required. If I have a heart attack from the stress I will hold this company responsible.
I'd give LESS than one star just for LYING to me on the phone!
They just now "cold called" me at random and since I didn't recognize the phone number, I let it go to voicemail. The lady left a message stating verbatim, " I'm (name witheld) from Health Design Plus and I'm calling to ask about a health team building excercise that I need help with....."
Really? You just want my expertise and advice without even knowing who I am?
They must really think their potential clients are stupid inbreds to not know when they're being sold something. Well played HDP, well played.
Have had nothing but problems trying to log on...people are always nice and fix but they just shut your card off at will when you're planning to use...never have had trouble with fsa before this company

If I could give this less than a 1 star I would. The front reception ladies (I know them all now with how many times I have called) are friendly but I have had SOOOO many issues getting claims processed with 2 different children. Every time they claim they need information that I have already sent so they just send it to "claims" again (agreeing they have everything). I am waiting for claims to be paid from a year ago and fighting collections for a wellness check claim that should be paid at 100%. The claims department is awful. Side note, the call drops if you go more than one cycle before they answer. Just an added dagger.
